Ordering was easy, was slightly disappointed to discover the company or its products were coming from the U S A,despite a .uk website. Had to wait 3 weeks for item, but it did arrive when stated & was a quality item.Need to make website clearer, goods are in U S A

Excellent
order process was clear and after sales tracking was excellent. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that it took quite a long time to receive the item (2 weeks). As it's my only order so far I'm not sure if this is standard or an anomaly - but overall this process was excellent

The charger for the internal lighting was a USA 110 volt one. I contacted you and you acknowledged the mistake and paid for me to obtain a transformer. So well done for that and your prompt response.
