Ordered distilled water with a 24 hour express delivery. I have received no communication on the delivery. Contacted their sales department with no response. This seems like a scam website, beware. Reporting to my credit card company to investigate.

Express delivery service isn’t express don’t was your time or money as they will keep you waiting and won’t engage in any kind of customer service I am trying to find a reliable service so I can get a steady supply for my machines this company isn’t working right it’s now the 19th ordered on 14 th with express delivery still waiting

I ordered 95 L at the beginning of June on the 12th of June I received half my order. It’s now mid August and I still haven’t received the rest. They have ignored all but one email which was end of June and they said they’ve been out the office for two weeks and would send me the rest of the water. Well that was a lie they have ignored ever since and it was for my son sensory toy. They are awful do not waste your money as all they do is take money and not fulfil orders. Still waiting they must be laughing at people sending their money in for nothing

I tried to contacting them many times NOT once did they reply had to wait months for my order (distilled water) I had to ring my bank to get them to investigate only then did I get my order would never deal with them again.

Like dozens of other people I have had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered and paid for my products on the 1st of July, on a 48hr delivery. It’s now nearly 4 weeks later and I still have not received anything. I have sent numerous emails with no replies. No contact number and tracking is a joke. This company is a joke and with any luck they will be made to stop trading and basically stealing peoples money.

Won't deliver won't refund won't return calls or emails. theives

Ordered 5 X 5 Ltrs H2O 1st July not delivered . Remember if something looks too good to be true then this company proves that. I will not make this mistake again. Remember to use Trustpilot next time.

Dont use these people, water never arrived refund was never given and they dont answer emails.

Terrible customer service, I purchased 24h delivery and had to wait a week only for it to be the wrong item, have sent multiple emails and haven't got a response.

Absolutely dreadful, I never received my order or a reply to my numerous emails DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY unless you wish to throw away money

Ordered on 23rd of June and now company are ignoring me and have not sent products scam company

Paid for an order #20405 of distilled water over 8 days ago expecting it would arrive within 24-48 hours. Nothing. No response to my emails and there's no phone number for this "company" anywhere. Scammers. DO NOT RECOMMEND. BEWARE

Avoid possible scam company, ordered from them and had no communication, emailed them asking for a delivery update and got no reply. My bank is now dealing with them.

Zero communication .I got another 30 L a month after first order in a subscription that I was unaware of . They state it's easy to cancel on order but it's impossible . Had to call bank to block next unwanted order. The way this company operates I'd be surprised if it's even distilled water more like Del Boys 'Peckham' spring .

Ordered 8 x 5 liters bottles of distilled water 2 weeks ago emailed 7 times not 1 response looks like I'll have to get the bank involved wich is long winded and annoying avoid at all costs I suspect they send tap water as before iv been sent bottles that aren't sealed and tastes like tap water

I’ve been ordering my distilled water from Nordchem since 2023 and I’ve never had a problem.The water is pure and very drinkable.i use it on my Venus flytraps and pitcher plants.It can’t be beaten on price.It is always well packaged and I’m at a loss to understand why there’s so many bad reviews.

I wrote to cancel an order I placed for 5ltr Hydrogen Peroxide as they did not dispatch it to the courier for 48hr delivery, they ignored my email and my reminder. The product eventually did turn up one week after ordering but I shall not be using it as looks like very much like a fake product - no manufacture/safety details etc which is really suspicious - literally £17 will be going down the drain!

8 days later, order still not arrived, despite it saying it was 48 hour delivery. I’ve messaged the company twice but no reply. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered 45l of distilled water. A week later nothing had arrived. Emails were all ignored until I emailed them and said my bank was now dealing with this. Got an email about an hour later saying the water was being sent that day.
I'm not convinced that the water is at all distilled either. It leaves white residue wherever it dries. Have ordered a water
tester online so will update asap.
