Nordchem Avis 

Ordered 45l of distilled water. A week later nothing had arrived. Emails were all ignored until I emailed them and said my bank was now dealing with this. Got an email about an hour later saying the water was being sent that day.
I'm not convinced that the water is at all distilled either. It leaves white residue wherever it dries. Have ordered a water
tester online so will update asap.

I ordered on 19th June and it still hasn't been dispatched over a week later. I've emailed numerous times and they don't reply. Purchase elsewhere!

Absolutely appalling service.
I’ve made my order a week ago, paid for a quicker delivery and still not had anything back. No emails back after I’ve sent many through out the week, still nothing. The number they have isn’t for them and it’s all beginning to look like a scam.
Very disappointing when you wait and spend so much money.
A reply would be good and very needed as you still owe me my money or the item I paid for and you took the money without sending me what I’m owed.
Shocking.
If it’s could be no stars it would be but I’ve had to put one star.

Scam - order placed never arrived, emails ignored, no phone contact details on the website. Payment cancelled via my credit card company.

I placed my order on the 12 June, 24hr delivery the page said. I sent them an e mail on the 20th, they sent the order out on the 23rd June with DHL got today, 24th. Product ok, price ok, delivery very slow.

Don't waste your time with these scammers. Ordered 25l of distilled water over one week ago. I've emailed 4 times with no response. Had to claim money back through my bank.

Edit: After writing a couple of negative reviews they have sent my order. And I will be refusing the delivery when it turns up. They've messed me around enough.

Ordered from them over a week ago and contacted them no Joy, looks like a sham company. In dispute with my card company. The fact the company only has an email to get in touch with them and no response from them at all. Don't order from them I ordered online from Amazon with a different company no issue in getting delivery.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
They do not send you the goods or answer any emails. Asked for full refund as no goods and they are ignoring it. Total scam. Had to give it one as won’t let me give it zero. Terrible company. Reporting to Trading Standards if I don’t get my money back. Very poor service.

Update. Eventually turned up but really really slow delivery.

I would put 0, I ordered one 5 ltr bottle for a breathing machine, on their 24hr service ... nothing, I ordered it Tuesday evening, nothing. I've emailed them 3 times now .... nothing.

Discussed with them, have demanded my money back, will I get? I will try again to get a response, if not I'll go to report them for fraud.

Do NOT buy anything from thus company, they can not be trusted.

Worst experience ever. Ordered 20 litres of cat PISH and paid for the next day delievry service.The order came 2 weeks later and is NOT distilled water. I have been conned. I emailed 4 times and no response. My advice is use someone else.

Do NOT order from this company, if I could rate a zero I would. Totally untrustworthy and a scam.

I ordered 25 Litres Distilled Water on 02/06/2025 48hr shipping & I’m still waiting for delivery.
Have sent 3 emails with no reply. Also the DHL tracking number is not recognised. Not Happy.

This company has a faulty website. I added 2x5 litres distilled water to the basket. Pressed checkout then realized I had selected the subscription option by mistake. So removed the items from the basket and selected the non subscription items. Clicked checkout again and to my horror the order was placed without any further confirmation. It seems all my address and payment details were pulled from the Google auto fill details. I didn't think this was allowed or possible. I immediately deleted all my Google auto fill details. I sent 5 emails to this company to try and cancel the order. All were ignored. I then got emails from DHL saying they were going to deliver. I sent them 3 emails and all were ignored. So the package was delivered!! What a terrible company!

Order placed on 20th May.
No delivery as of 4th June despite paying for a 48 hour delivery.
No acknowledgment nor response to emails following up non-delivery.
I have cancelled my order as the product was needed urgently.
Overall very disappointing experience. Non-existent customer service.
Would NOT recommend Nord Chem.

SHAM COMPANY! Ordered products on Saturday with next day delivery. No updates on delivery date. Contacted them mulitple times via email. No phone number to speak with someone. Disputing with credit card company for refund. AVOID THEM!

I ordered 20 litres of distilled water on the 20th May they say 48 hrs delivery. I contacted them for an update on my order after 4 days but no response, i tried again 2 days later and they sent a tracking number, which i tried and the courier says they have not received the order from Nord Chem. I finally received my order almost 2 weeks after ordering it, clearly they have an issue with dispatching orders and lying to customers.

I ordered two 5L Distilled Water from NordChem without reading the reviews prior. The prices being offered, sounded to good to be true, especially the 48hr delivery promise. I was expecting the worst. I quickly sent an email requesting a cancellation...

To my surprise, the order actually came (albeit a week late a.k.a. five working days later)! They don't respond to the emails though.

I most likely will not purchase from then again, because I was able to find an equally better deal from an Amazon seller I've used before.

Ordered c£50 worth of H202 on 11th May 48Hr Courier. Not arrived by 20th May.
No response to emailed enquiries.
No telephone number advertised.
Looking at companies house records, the owners of this business are based outside of the UK.
This appears to be a scam.
I will be getting my credit card company to reverse the transaction and place a flag against this company. No matter how competitive their prices appear, I suggest you purchase elsewhere. I will also be reporting them to trading standards, I think it is fair to say from the number of negative comments on here, that my case is not a one off.

Well I'm the idiot because I didn't look up NordChem reviews prior to placing an order.... Please save yourself and don't order anything from NordChem, after chasing and requesting a refund I just got sent a tracking number by reply, that was 4 days ago and its still not been collected so is clearly just a delay tactic on their part. I didn't think there were still businesses that treated customers this way but this one does.

This company is a scam they do not contact your back if you buy something from them they do not send it out they are totally scamming people and taking money off them do not use this it is a dangerous you is nowhere to contact them their email does not contact and also if you're trying to find a phone number it gets redirected
