Placed order and paid for 48hr delivery.
A week on and nothing has turned up and no communication until you chase them!
Have now asked to cancel the order and for a refund.
I would be careful about using this company.

Totally let me down on delivery. They use the Shop app (Shopify), which stated that it had been delivered before it had been dispatched. They have been slow to respond when I tried to discuss the situation: tried to contact them via email, their contact sheet and telephone 10x times. They clearly only dispatched it after I'd been badgering them for 24 hours, then sent me a 1 liner saying "you'll receive it tomorrow."
All in all a really crap experience.

They print the labels and send a dispatch email to give the impression your order has been sent
DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!!!!

Conmen. Fake company. Takes money with promise of nextday & 48hr delivery. No communication, unanswered calls and emails. Luckily I paid via PayPal and got money back. Considering most private buyers of distilled water have significant medical needs the people behind nordchem are scumbags. Don’t be caught out.

Scam. Don’t buy.
It’s unlike me to not check reviews before purchasing but on this occasion I did not. As the other reviewers have experienced, I too purchased (fortunately only two bottles) of water on Monday, it’s now Saturday and it was meant to be 48 hour delivery. No update on delivery status, still reads ‘ordered’.
No response to emails and the phone number goes through to an answer machine. No option to input the extension they give.
These type of people are the worst in society and hopefully will get what they deserve. Meanwhile everyone needs to put in a claim. It’s what payment protection is for. Report the website to search engines and trading standards. These scammers need to be taken down.

Phone number does not connect, no answer to my email and I’m still waiting for my product. It was suppose to be 48hr deliver. Totally fed up of these bogus companies popping up Trading Standards needs to do more!
Usually I check Trustpilot reviews but this one slipped though.
