Nordic sculpt

Had an issue with the machine and contacted nordic sculpt within 24h I had a very quick response and within 48h my issue was resolved...I cannot say enough how helpful all of customer service was especially Erika she delt with the issue straight away and all was resolved 👏👏definitely 10/10....thank you

Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service, my Nordic sculpt device broke and they quickly responded and sent a replacement. They recently contacted me to hear about my experience and results after approximately 6 weeks of using Nordic sculpt. I haven’t yet started seeing noticeable improvements and Rex from customer service promptly answered my questions and also sent me recommendations. I will follow their advice and post a review in a couple of weeks regarding my results.

Replacement

I bought my hand set November last year and it has just broken. I immediately emailed and Rex sorted my problem out immediately with a replacement. Rex was very efficient and professional aswel as extremely helpful so thank you Rex!

Top notch customer service

I received my order and only part of it had shipped. I was unaware that it was being sent in two parts. I emailed the support team with my concern that I was missing a product and had a response right away. She explained the situation, apologized and assured me that it was on its way. My correspondence with Kristina was first class customer service. Great company

I had an issue with a delivery

I had an issue with a delivery. When I contacted Nordic Sculpt I received a reply back under 24 hours. The customer service I received from all the team at Nordic Sculpt was very friendly and efficient, especially from Kristina who was truly amazing and went above and beyond to help me. I can honestly say I highly recommend Nordic Sculpt to anyone thinking of buying any of their products

3 weeks and counting...

I ordered this product 3 weeks ago and, after 8 or 9 days I emailed requesting an update on order. I was then told that the smart pads were out of stock (which should have been stated on their website). Then I was told my order would be shipped and then told it was being handed over to the local courier. I received a tracking number 8 days ago (and for 8 days it has stated 'parcel is being prepared by the shipper). After 3 weeks, I am frustrated as I have received regular emails with 'updates' and 'promises' and yet still I wait.

Excellent Customer Service

Although I had a problem with my device the customer service was excellent. I dealt with Kristina and her customer service was great. These things happen and a replacement is on its way without any hassle.

it reaches 99 dB!

Very strange that around 90% of the reviews here focus on customer service rather than the actual product performance, that should already be a warning sign.
Unfortunately, my experience confirms why.
I received a defective massager that is extremely loud and makes a knocking noise at higher speeds. I measured the noise level - it reaches 99 dB(!), which is completely unacceptable for this type of device. It is literally unusable without earplugs.
The packaging was also very poor - the product arrived wrapped only in plastic, and the box itself had a hole in it. Honestly, it looked more like a Temu delivery than a “premium” brand.
For the past week I’ve been going back and forth via email. I keep receiving polite messages about how much they care about customer satisfaction, but nothing actually gets resolved.
I am not willing to pay around €30 to return a defective product. This should clearly be treated as a faulty item, not a standard return.
At this point, I am very disappointed - both with the product quality and how this situation is being handled.

Great customer service!!

I needed help deciding what treatment was best for me. Kristina helped me out and it made the choice really easy after she guided me. She was really helpful and was the reason I bought what I wanted today. The results speak for themselves 3 week check in

I’ve been using my Nordisculpt Bodysculpt 1.0 for just under 3 weeks now and I’m honestly so impressed with the results already. And when I say I have tried so many different products and devices and am not kidding. You can actually see the difference in my photos (not sure how to add them here) - my skin looks tighter, smoother, and so much more toned. I didn’t expect to notice changes this quickly, but it’s genuinely working. Safe to say I’m saying goodbye to saggy, overstretched skin 👋✨
