I feel like I have been had. I saw an advert suggesting a family business closing down selling wooden socks. And then shipping was from China. I expected them quickly but they took ages to arrive.

Where has my previous negative review…
Where has my previous negative review gone? It is no longer visible unless I go into my own reviews? No longer visible in your list of reviews? Why? Also yesterday, I have a screenshot of your review rating down at 2.7, within 24 hrs it has shot up to 4! This keeps happening when you have a run of truthfully negative reviews. As another negative reviewer has noticed, I believe these positive reviews are fraudulent too.
FRAUDULENT CHINESE COMPANY, DO NOT BUY. Still owe me money and not a single product received. No response to my emails, only empty promises in Trust Pilot responses where they know they have an audience.

I really wish it was possible to upload photos on here, as this would show that you processed the rest of my refund AFTER you had written the below. Why it has taken 10 emails, reporting to Trading Standards, reporting to Trust Pilot and Trust Pilot reviews to do so, I don’t know, a total waste of my time and energy. As for “a gesture of goodwill” in that I can keep the socks, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A SINGLE PAIR!

As previously confirmed, your full refund for Order 35843 has already been processed. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to appear in your account.
As mentioned before, there is no need to return the socks — you are welcome to keep or donate them. This is a gesture of goodwill from us, as we care about our customers and want to make the process as easy as possible.

Love the socks especially the designs
Love the socks especially the designs. My only complaint is in the sizing. I am a 5 and 1/2 shoe size and the medium socks are fine. My daughter is a size 7 but the larger size was too small for her and that’s the biggest size available in women’s socks.

I’m sorry to hear about the sizing issue for your daughter. Our socks are unisex, and unfortunately the women’s sizes stop at the equivalent of a men’s medium/large, which can mean they’re a tighter fit for larger feet.

Very happy with the Med size Ember and Summit, well made and thick but disappointed with the Frost large size which were smaller than the medium and much thinner quality.

Total scam, you'd assume if buying socks from a company called Nordic wool they would be Norwegian, socks arrived from China not quality I was expecting way too tight and definitely would not have purchased. My fault to a extent for not checking properly before hand.
