We bought a couple of teak chairs from our holiday let. The chairs are very good and the price was reasonable (winter sale)
Delivery was a bit of a nightmare. I don't think its necessarily the sales team but the choice of carrier.
The first chairs were dispatched but seemed to disappear. Two weeks later and a couple of phone calls a second pair were dispatched. Another week or so later we received a call from a delivery driver saying he would be delivering to day. Later called again saying he was at the wrong house. Hopped in to the car and met the driver to check it was our delivery, and it was. Checked the documentation and the dispatch note from Norfolk was correctly addressed. But the courier label on top of the note was the right postcode but a completely different house name??. Not the drivers fault, he was a big help sorting things out.
So in short, the product is good, we're happy with them. Order well ahead ours took a month to eventually arrive. And make sure you have a mobile number attached in case of problems.

We ordered a Lutyens bench and when it…
We ordered a Lutyens bench and when it was delivered the packaging was in a shambolic state and a slat on the seat was completely broken. This was because of heavy handling by the delivery company. I phoned Tory at Norfolk Designer Gardens and he not only arranged for a replacement bench to be delivered by the company’s personal delivery driver, Darren, but that Darren would check it on arrival and assemble it for us. They both went above and beyond to sort out the original problem and we were very pleased with the service and with our beautiful bench.

Steamer Chairs
Ordered a couple of steamer loungers, came up on the web site as reduced so the experience started with the feeling of getting a bargain. Delivery was quick and overall quality of finish looks good. Cannot test product fully until the sun shines again but my expectation is that these will not disappoint.

Fantastic experience with the team
Fantastic experience with the team. I placed the order for my bench on the phone. Unfortunately the bench wasn’t in stock, I was informed it could take 4-5 weeks before delivery. During that time I was updated by emails on the progress. I was informed of delivery date, the courier phoned me 2 hours before delivery informing me they were on route. Bench was delivered on time, top quality timber, easy to to build. I’m very, very happy and would definitely recommend using the company.

Highly recommended
This company dealt with issues arising from poor courier service quickly and efficiently. Replacement table and chairs were sent out using their own van. Darren made sure everything was in excellent condition before he left and is an asset to the company. A beautiful table and chairs. If only they can arrange some sunshine too!
