The plants are great quality. They are always well packaged and arrive safely to your door. Two Clematis, one Jasmine and a Passiflora so far thriving in our new garden.

We are a small family run business that have been growing plants with care and attention for two generations. Our way may be a little different from the norm but we believe in slow grown plants that are nurtured from seedlings to mature 3 litres’ in order to ensure that our customers only receive a product that is going to be successful and make their gardens beautiful. Our small team are dedicated and knowledgeable, we care for the plants as if they were destined for our own gardens and the results are clear. You are unlikely to find a more cared for plant anywhere else! Unlike some of our competitors, we only use slow release fertiliser which gives the plants the best start in life, once received all of products have sufficient feed to last 12 months. After which regular top ups will ensure that your plant continues to grow and thrive. Sustainability is a key area for us and it is something that we are always looking to improve on. We are self-sufficient in water through using rain water catchment and our solar panels mean that we supply almost all of our electricity needs. Bio controls was another step we took a few years ago to limit the amount of chemicals that we use to grow our crops, now through the use of natural predators we are now in a position where only in extreme circumstances do we need to get out the chemical sprayer. We are currently testing peat free compost alternatives as this is an area that we would like to move away in the near future. At Norfolk Quality Plants, we believe in helping our customers to grow beautiful plants and create beautiful gardens. Very disappointing
Very disappointing. Ordered a hardy perennial, Abelia mosanensis. No contact from the nursery after 4 days and when I chased them they said they were frost damaged. In fairness, they gave a prompt refund. However, I would expect good customer service would be to contact me and inform me there was a problem.
