Somewhat underwhelmed
I ordered 2 bracelets for my husband's birthday in February. I ordered early as delivery could be up to 30 days so wanted to get in quick following Christmas. I have measured my husbands wrist and so hope that the size fits. My main disappointment is that they have turned up in a very flimsy, half battered cardboard box and not the stunning gift box shown. This is extremely misleading in it's portrayal and there was not even the opportunity to select this type of gift box at point of sale. I was also hoping that the story behind the jewelry would have been included also. Missing a huge trick here Norsegarde. The bracelets themselves are interesting and not run of the mill high street design which is why I went for them so as mentioned, fingers crossed it fits

Really happy with the quality of the items I bought. One of my tracking numbers wasn't working and the customer service was very helpful and efficient.

Sorry to give one star, but the six months warranty policy on expensive jewelery isn't good service.
The silver bracelet just fell apart and they claim there's nothing for them to do.
Considering it's quite an expensive piece and it's already broken within two years.

Other than that, the shipping was quick and all...

Highly recommend norsegarde, I’m really pleased with my silver Thor’s hammer, which came in a little wooden box with vikings written on the top. Arrived in good time and can be tracked all the way.

Norsegarde is a brilliant company excellent communication with Alex and all of my viking silver was perfect really well made and turned up in a wooden viking boxes the prices was very good to as I got them in there sale over Christmas the delivery was about 15/20 days for 7 items to arrive to England I would definitely recommend 5 stars.

Got in contact with Alex after the order was send but the tracking code didn't seem to be working. Turns out the order was being send on my way and it was just the tracking website that seemed to have a problem with my code. Order took about 20 days to arrive but with free worldwide shipping that's really not something I can complain about. Product quality was great and their sterling silver product come in a nice little wooden box with a little pouch.
