I think they write there own reviews ended up paying more than royal mail service is so god dam slow it goes to diff units first if it gets to USA it be a miracle

Raheela is excellent, she found a way to get our account set up quickly. She always deals with issues quickly and is always happy and cheerful.

I can’t believe it’s taking over a month to get a jacket from the U.K. to the US and I paid for shipping. It wasn’t free but maybe U.K. Soccer shouldn’t use a subpar shipper. The tracking is terrible as if they can’t put better details in the description. Take lesson from FEDEX,UPS or DHL and update your out dated system. Are you using donkeys and cruise ships to deliver? Ship elsewhere. PKG702786853001

Im writing another review because i have contacted parcel monkey they have then contacted you and there is nothing among the food supplies for my family thats hazardous but on your website when i track it it says hazardous cannot send . one can one wonder why you are doing this ... especially in a pandemic and people are suffering and dying in the world and you choose to delay my package for wickedness
hand sanitizer is hazardous according to Norsk Shipping and a Plastic Toy Gun for a 5 year old a water gun
I called this company today to ask why a shipment i sent with Parcel monkey was on hold the female who answered the phone was so rude and dismissive all i was asking her if my package was still in the uk, she had the info infront of her but because i used a company called parcel monkey she dismiss me and told me contact them. she is inconsiderate and seemed to be having a bad day ... i swear on the phone not to her but out loud because of my frustration.. i paid almost 200 pounds to get this box to the caribbean with medical supplies to my family i wanted it to get there quick and this woman was so rude and heartless

Norsk Global by far is the worst company ever and the worst customer service especially the LADIES who in charge of answering the calls in UK, which are the face of the company, I called today from a long distance after she had on the hold for 7 minutes, she refused to give me the tracking info for a package I have personally sent to Europe and she refuse to give me their agent NUMBER info. DO NOT USE THEM BE CAREFUL - THIS IS A BAD COMPANY.
Alex - Sorry I can't remove the review as in my opinion is truthful - I have spent almost 50 Euro phone call to Europe to track my package and indeed SMS agent Abdullah spoke to the lady and still she refused to give the info, please listen to all three calls.

Norsk tracking is a complete joke that literally informs you that you have a package that is 'en route' to the country you live in after it has sat in Belgium for a week maturing or something.
Hilarious stuff until you visit their front page where they claim to be 'the best delivery provider in the UK'...
NORSK GLOBAL is the lowest delivery company. I could not track it. They sent my baggage to another place and made it impossible to pursue. I waited for a month, but I had to give it up and cancel it. I made inquiries a lot, but they said they do not know where they can deliver because they do not know where the baggage is. When shopping on the website, we can not pick up a delivery company. But I do not want to use NORSK GLOBAL anymore. I was sorry I was looking forward for the package to arrive very much.
Had a package shipped on 2 December with a 5-7 working day delivery. Emailed to follow up a few days later (new glasses, need them to see) and they then tell me it's a 3-8 working day delivery timeframe. OK, one more day, whatever. On the 8th working day I notice that the package has only just gotten from England to Belgium so I ask for a more detailed update. They tell me that they're still within their transit times but that the package will get to me mid next week. By that estimation it's 13 working days that the package will take.
Slow delivery, customer service staff not at all helpful, avoid if you can.
I found out by accident today that when shipping a parcel internationally using ipostparcel, they use a third party company called Norsk-Global to arrange the actual shipping.
Ipostparcel don't have a working phone number, they don't respond to their contact mails, and I had a parcel stuck in the system going no-where. When told about the link with Norsk-Global, and more importantly given a working phone number - what a relief...a real human being answered the phone.
He was professional and helpful, he looked up the tracking number, he identified the issue, he emailed the paperwork I needed to complete, he waited for my email to check I had sent everything to him correctly, he emailed to confirm all was good, and he will also monitor the parcel to ensure it processes Customs smoothly from now on.
So a BIG shout of approval for this lovely customer service, (even though he was technically doing another companies job for them).
Would highly recommend this company for this alone, how wonderful to know if you ship with them, you get to talk to a real person, who will make every effort to assist you where they can.
