Lost my package
Lost my package. I’ve never in my entire life heard about this company and I’m a shopaholic and buy things from over the world monthly. This is why I’ve never heard of them. Several hundred $$ lost to nothing.
Question is: do they just dump them or are the ”losing” it… DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!
My package was supposed to be delivered… between March 3-7, 2025
My package was supposed to be delivered a week to 10 days ago, and the website has not been updated for 10 days, where it is still in the United Kingdom. On two separate occasions, I attempted to get Norsk to give me an update on where my package is, and both times they rebuked my request, telling me that because I was not the account holder, they could not do an investigation on where my package is. I work for another global shipping company and this would never have happened with us and I know what quality service looks like and this is not it.

My parcel hasn’t moved since january…
My parcel hasn’t moved since january 15, senders tried to contact but they won’t reply. It’s keeping me from doing my business, I need my package to start taking clients

No direct line to contact Norsk! My shipment was meant to be delivered since November but hasn’t been any update or contact from the company. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed and there’s been no resolution.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, AVOID!
DPD outsourced my package to be delivered locally by Norsk. Norsk attempted delivery without any notification or calls, when I tried to contact them they said they cannot speak to me as I'm not the "account holder" I am the sender and the receivee so that makes no sense, I asked DPD to send them my details again, 5 days later no more attempted deliveries and no further tracking updates. The last update I saw was saying I need to contact them with updated details within 8 business days or they will "return / destroy my package" which is wonderful to see for my personal items.
I tried talking to support from both sides and it seems they don't really communicate to each other. Why work with someone you can't talk to??
It's been 2 weeks since I sent the package so I have no hope of actually recieving it since I'll now be away but hope it will be returned at least.

I don't even give one star this company so horrible very very slow no precise reply please please keep away avoid avoid sending parcel you will never receive the parcel not helpful at all my parcel hold more two weeks still holding both DHL e-commerce and Norsk unreliable company

What can I say .third class staff ,third class service ,or I should say,circus .deffinelty more suited to these jokers . Totally utterly rubbish . Totally unhelpful staff ( just won't tell u any thing at all ) parcel hero also should get the credit ,they use Norsk , thier customer service also useless .
My parcel returned without any reason and charged me for both ways postage ,over £100 .wasted a month and still haven't got my item back .
If u serious about your business and care about your valuable parcels then never the norsk and parcel hero .pay bit extra and use proper service like ups /DHL .
Avoid at all cost .I would have give them -1000 star if allowed

Still using Norsk after 30 years. Excellent service.
Used Norsk since Nigel formed many moons ago, the staff are fantastic and service is excellent. May we have a further 30 years.

My 3 parcels been sitting for 15 days…
My 3 parcels been sitting for 15 days no reason and they say they can’t talk to me but shipper but won’t reply to shipper . Label was created Feb 7 with 5 day shipping here it is Feb 21 I have 20k worth of merchandise lost . No scans or anything on my package. Ruining my business.

Received a parcel with my name and…
Received a parcel with my name and address, but was not ordered and the goods within were used and if no interest to me. It was delivered by EVRI. Since it had no qr code, I could not return it at an EVRI dropoff. The only clue was NORSK on the label, There is a barcode but EVRI who delivered can not give me return information !!! Very annoying.

Parcel was picked up by UPS and delivered by UPS for $200 (£150) but a week after the item was delivered Norsk automatically took another $70 (£56) from card saying Parcel was bigger than quoted for even though we actually put bigger dimensions and weight than actually was to be safe... we are still fighting with Norsk whom are NOT responding to emails.. currently, we are now going through the bank for fraud

Appointing lawyers to get my parcel back
Norsk Global incorrectly sent my parcel to a business in Hong Kong instead of my daughter in Japan in December 2022. Some high personal value items were included.
After months of tracking down with the help of the local supplier in Hong Kong, UPS, the parcel was located. The parcel was returned by UPS to Norsk’s office in Colnbrook on 21 April. The company has been contacted to return it to me. They haven’t even though they misdirected the original parcel last December through their incompetence.
In the months that UPS were locating the parcel all Norsk needed to do to release it was send a simple email to UPS confirming the parcel was mine. They didn’t.
I will now be taking legal action to get them to release MY property back to me.
Please trust your parcels to another company. Ignore the fake 5 star reviews they have posted naming team members, reported these as fake to Trustpilot.
Terrible - avoid
