I had a very positive experience with North Cover. Jesse was extremely friendly, patient, and professional throughout the process. He took the time to answer every question I had and explained the coverage and details clearly, which made me feel comfortable with my decision.
I was also very pleased with the rate he offered and the coverage included in the policy. I felt that he genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for and find an option that suited my needs.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the call was quite long — approximately an hour and a half. I appreciate the thoroughness, but the process could perhaps be made a little more efficient.
Overall, I’m very happy with my experience, especially with Jesse’s customer service. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and very helpful throughout the entire conversation. Thank you, Jesse, for taking the time to explain everything so patiently!

I contacted a few Insurance companies…
I contacted a few Insurance companies to get quotes..and although yours was not the least expensive it was reasonable and the agent asked much more health related questions which made me feel like the coverage would be thorough. The Agent was very friendly and answered all of my concerns. Good customer service!
