the customer service rep, Jessica, she was so clear and thorough. I super appreciated all the help and the fact that my kids will be safe in the future if its needed! makes me feel more comfortable that a plan is in place :)

It's really nice to have such productive fast experience like that, plz read what I wrote above about this experience and how it was.
It was easy to reach the right representatives and the girl I spoke with answered the phone in a reasonable time, we've discussed my needs, she was kind, polite, patient and professional so she gave me the options that meets and match my needs and I got insured in the spot and she was able to finish all the procedures in a record time and we even set the payment methods and she took the monthly installments from my assigned credit card that I gave her in the next business day. That's how all representatives in any company should be and that's why I gave her 5*.
