You deliver a really great efficient…
You deliver a really great efficient service, delivered in very quick time. Only downside I had to pay two lots of postage. I put 3 items in the basket 3 zombie death stout, and two ipa. When I checked out and paid there was only the two IPA in. So I had to do another order for the zombie death stout.

Good choice/good beer
Ordering is simple. Good choice of beer style and the quantity you can order (allows you to try different ones without having to buy a case). Delivery is quick. The beer is good.

Also the beer is epic, even if getting bored with the standard fridge fillers - there are always special editions that are spectacular plus staple epic beers like heathen…

Over carbonated, no quality control ?
Been drinking Northern Monk for a few years now and the latest batch of Faith was so carbonated that it never settled and was impossible to drink. I guess it must be a one off, but it's a big inconvenience when your beer has to be dumped down the drain.

Best Customer Service Ever!
I recently had a couple of cans of Faith that didn’t seem quite right,so I thought I’d give Northern Monk a heads-up. Their customer service was absolutely spot on! They asked for the batch number to check it out with their QA team, then sent me a gift voucher and even threw in free shipping. I wasn’t expecting anything at all—these things happen with brewing—but they really went above and beyond. Awesome brewery with a great team behind it. Massive shoutout to Northern Monk!
