Upon initiating an eligible return, you will receive a return shipping label in your email with instructions on how to process your return. All return shipping charges will be covered by Northsky. Return refunds will be credited to the method of payment for the purchase upon receipt, inspection, and approval of the returned products at our warehouse. Upon completing the return process on our website, you will receive a return confirmation email in your inbox with the return label and associated return instructions. After the product has been received, inspected, and approved at our warehouse, we will initiate a full refund for all returned products.
