First class service. My order arrived in ice packed container within 2 days keeping it nice & fresh. We love the taste and how this makes us feel, and so far have re ordered. The goats' milk kefir tastes nicer than we expected - it's lovely and will be an easy drink to include in our daily routine. Looking forward to making our own from the kefir grains purchased. Nourish Kefir are a small company so the payment process was different from most other internet sales processes. The organisation were extremely accommodating with our order and actioned it as we had agreed. The Kefir tastes good and definitely different and lighter from the normal supermarket products. We would certainly purchase it again, sadly perhaps not on a regular basis because the price point difference. However we realise that is due to its originality, use of kefir grains and small batch process.

Excellent service, arrived promptly and wrapped in ice to keep it lovely and cool and it's a great taste too! Very pleased to support a family run business.
