Avoid this company at all cost. They say they wjll give you 10 days to try the product. Then before the 10 days was up I tried to cancel and they told me no. Don't waste your money. This is on their website too.
7.2. Under the applicable legal acts, the Client has a right to return delivered (received) Goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery for refund as described in this Refund Policy. A refund can be issued if the product is a) proven to be not as described or b) faulty. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging in a condition fit for resale. Client must contact our customer support at email provided within 14 days of delivery and provide detailed information proving Company’s product fault (with visual proof attached). Any additional reasons for returns fall under chapter 7.5 in the Terms and Conditions.

DO NOT BUY!!
Almost done with 3 month supply and it’s done absolutely nothing for me! This company does not back up the product they sell. Customer service is a joke! I contacted them to tell them the product doesn’t work. They told me to keep taking it because it doesn’t work the same for everyone. I did that…when I almost finished the 3 months and the product didn’t work they told me “well it’s too late for a refund”. Crooks! Don’t buy!!!

Below one star! Don’t buy from them they push the product and it causes bloating. There reviews lie, and they will not give a refund at ALL! They say cause it was for a digital copy??? I didn’t order a digital copy I ordered pills! Nothing digital and they push you to buy more than one! And refuse to refund that’s not good business! I ordered 1 bottle and they now charged me for a second--I did not sign up for a reoccurring bill or supply I best get refunded and I also reported them to paypal which I filed a dispute

Read The Fine Print - You May Be Signing Up for a Subscription and not know it!
I sent an e-mail to the company the day I received three bottles. You are required to contact them 14 days from the day the product ships, which is ridiculous. I was refused a refund. Buyer beware! You may be signing up for a subscription and not know it. Read the fine print!

NOVOS IS A SCAM
They sold me one of their age programs. Things were fine. They then sold me one of their recommended anti-aging nutrients called boost. I took it for a year, After a year, I bought another age test. This time the results were bad. For the year I ate the same and exercised the same. Either their age program stinks or the nutrient they sold me stunk. I'd look out as I think their whole aging program is a scam to sell you unnecessary nutrients!!

I’ve read that it burn calories faster…
I’ve read that it burn calories faster and was hooked immediately. Tried doing sport before and moderating my food, but the weight loss was very slow, so I tried again with nova.
