I have cancelled my subscription 4 times in a row and they keep sending and charging my account and made me return the product to the UK and then refunded me but then sent me another bottle .. total scam

I order (4) vials of bacteriostatic water using Apple Pay through this website and although it was immediately taken out of my bank account, I received no email confirmation or order number. I also attempted to register a new account with the website and never received the “temporary password” that was supposed to be sent. I attempted multiple times to send an email asking for assistance to the email that they keep posting to contact here in these review comments, but it immediately failed to send. I now feel like I got absolutely scammed out of almost $60 (I paid $38 for USPS priority shipping) and have no way to cancel the order or get my money back. I will be attempting a chargeback through my bank for this order! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I wish I would have checked reviews here before placing the order and losing $60!

I have tried to cancel my subscription. I sent at least 5 emails all were ignored. I have had to cancel my credit card to make it stop. Do not use!!!!

Do not use this company. I ordered from them and my order due to a shipping error has been recirculating between 3 post offices for over week and a half. They refuse to do anything about it and will not refund my money. I cancelled my subscription and if any more money comes out of my account I'm going to start a Class Action lawsuit for anyone who has had trouble with this c6

My order did not receive, they did not do anything about it. Automatically second order was placed ,I couldn't be able to cancel it.
The phone number is not working.
The only thing was working, somebody or thing was answering my emails and he/sge/it said ,I have to wait to receive the order and they will be helping me to return it. I did wait .Today after I received it ,I ask what now?
They sent me an long email that I have to return my order ti UK with a label and on my own from US.
That means I have to pay more for shipping than what they have been charged me for the order.
Or I can get 15% of the price without returning back.
The shipping address was in California, where I live but you can't send it back there ,you have to send it to UK!!!!
Another frustrating thing was I tried to cancel the subscription (which you get it automatically when you order this trappy item on their site )but you could not be able to cancel it and I send them many emails to someone do it for me.

I have just been charged for a second order that I didn't order, and I don't see any details on how to stop this unauthorised repeat order. This has to be a total scam and robbing people blind.

Firstly, the product made no difference to me and I tried it for two months. Secondly, I read all the reviews and was aware of the problems with being signed up to subscriptions etc and so was very careful when ordered, I didn't take up any of the BOGOF offers that seemed to trigger the subscription, so imagine my surprise when a couple of months later I get an email to say my order has shipped...what order? I didn't place an order and I didn't sign up for a subscription. My bank cannot stop the current payment but I can raise a dispute with them once the payment clears my account and I've asked them to put a stop on any future payment. I've been in touch with Nova via email but given other people's experience I feel I've lost this money now. Even my web protection is now flagging the Nova site as fraudulent and won't let me access it, that's how bad things must have got

I ordered with a buy one get one free, they said it was in transit to me, got several notices but no product ever came. complained to them and what did they do put in an order for me without authorization, charged my credit card again and again shows in transit. will most likely have to cancel my credit card and file a dispute.

Complete scam. Do not buy this product. I did not subscribe but they somehow managed to take £40 from my Acc.

I ordered the tablets to try, unable to take them as they make me feel sick. I was unaware that I have subscribed. I need to cancel this now having trouble doing it .

I don’t think there is an option to do zero stars but this is the worst customer service experience I can recall.
I made the mistake of not reading the reviews for this product before ordering, then when I did I tried to cancel my order. Now I am trying to return it. They have offered a post code and address that does not exist, so I am unable to send back by registered post which is the obiy way I can get a refund minus postal costs of £12. They have offered me 35% refund instead of sending back the product. If I send the product back to this non existent address I will get nothing and they will go in a landfill.

This company did not make it clear She again Menopause supplements contained animal products . I tried to send back .They gave me an invalid address then denied it was incorrect then offered me 15 % of overall price as a refund as good will gesture . I said no thanks and said the terms were illegal . Not heard back . Avoid at all costs !!! Gas lighting customer service

Customer service is very important to me, and upon me reading the reviews concerning the customer service behavior I wouldn’t touch this company with a ten foot pole. Also even if a product doesn’t work or isn’t up to ones standards, good customer service is the consolation prize. Why hasn’t anyone reported these people especially concerning the complications of getting a refund & charging your card without the customers authorization. Both of these issues are against the law,and sooner or later if customers are reporting these issues there will be a class action law suit.

I ordered the buy one get one free and i didn’t realise i was in a subscription till i got an email to say my new order is on the way,and so the second ones came so i thought i come out of the subscription to wake up and find that another £39.99 had come out of my bank.i’ve emailed about a dozen times and i’ve tried to ring going to voice mail so i text and still nothing.i’ve even print screened to show i’m not in a subscription.no reply😡

I purchased a one off bottle and they keep your card number illegally
And then keep trying to take money from your account.

Do not use this company. It's a scam. You are hooked into a subscription which is very difficult to cancel. Furthermore, the address given for UK returns is not recognised by Royal Mail, so although they say you can return, it is impossible! Please don't waste your money when there are more reputable and genuine companies out there.
