Took out a subscription with a buy one get one free offer on December. Therefore did not expect this company to renew subscription until February as I had two months worth of product. This morning at just gone one I received an email telling me they were renewing today, they then took my money just after six. All while I was asleep. I have noticed no difference in my joints despite being given many claims I would feel a difference. I did not need another order yet and if I had continued would always have a month in hand. It was impossible to cancel my subscription on my mobile and I am lucky to have access to a computer. If not there was no way to cancel on a mobile. BE VERY WARY of trying these. They are mainly Turmeric which you can purchase a lot cheaper elsewhere from companies that don't trick you. They play on people who are in pain and desperate for a fix.

Do not use this company as it is a complete scam. I’ve tried to cancel my subscription but they have made it impossible by hiding the button behind a pop up advert. I’ve tried contacting the company by phone no one answers and no reply to any emails.

Nova’s “Her Again” menopause supplement is a blatant scam. Avoid at all costs.
I didn’t even take the product, and I’m glad I didn’t. Just examining the packaging was enough to raise serious red flags. There’s no manufacturer information, no credible certifications, and the contact details are useless: the email goes unanswered and the phone number listed is permanently switched off. That’s not just bad customer service, it’s deliberate evasion.
This company is clearly preying on women in distress, offering false hope for menopause relief while hiding behind a glossy label and vague promises. It’s heartbreaking and infuriating to see such exploitation of a vulnerable demographic.
If you’re considering buying “Her Again,” don’t. There are reputable, transparent brands out there, Nova is not one of them. Their silence and lack of accountability speak volumes.

They are scammers. I skipped my subscription and cancelled it but because all they are interested in is to milk me of my hard earned money they refused to adhere to my instructions.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
My order took over three weeks to arrive. I am going through the Menopause and the product has made no difference whatsoever to how I feel.
Further more they have duped me into a subscription that I now seem unable to opt out of - there is no clear way on their website to cancel my subscription. It only sends me a link to change my payment card details. I will now have to cancel my card in order to stop receiving a product that is completely ineffective.
Further more when I call their help line it's a mobile that is switched off!
They should not be allowed to operate

Beware ---what they're selling is rubbish and how they are behaving is illegal
Beware, this company shows a totally false Trustpilot score and fails to cancel subscriptions or refund people they have sent the product wrongly to. I'll be looking at how to report them to UK authorities as their actions are completely illegal in the UK.
And even their review responses are done by AI with no understanding of the actual review. Avoid, avoid, avoid
If you've been scammed you should ask your credit card company for a chargeback. You can also send the proof of cancellation to Paypal and they should refund you.
Good luck. Don't buy and the company will rightly go bust.

Terrible product and even worse…
Terrible product and even worse company. The company is a scam. You cancel a supposed subscription and they still charge you for there useless product without any warning. Then tell you no refunds even if you return the product. My only recourse is a bad review and fraud dispute with the bank. Do not use this company

I tried to cancel 90 minutes after ordering. They were very polite and sent a lovely email. However, it was not sincere. I read the horror stories after I ordered. I now have 3 bottles and I am very nervous about even trying them. Read Amazon's reviews and also found that they are not members of the BBB. I must say they shipped in record time.

I deliberately ordered only a 1-month supply, but somehow it switched to 3 months and I hit Paypal before I noticed the charge of $140+. I immediately contacted them to cancel and they told me it was too late. I got repeated robo emails saying the same thing. There was no customer service help at all. I ordered one month because I couldn't afford $140 at this time, but they offered no help. I would be happy to send them back as soon as they arrive if they will give me a full refund.

I emailed for cancelation of these produce two months ago. They still sent me hundreds of dollars of products and when I contacted them, they told me I wasn't eligible for a refund. These are bad faith business practices.

Nova is the biggest scam on the internet....I did not order their product and told them immediately for a refund...they say their policy states no refunds! But I did not order! Now they say, well we have shipped your order so we cannot give a refund...I did not order!!!

They Do NOTHING
They do not work I lost nothing and I did not feel any different. I brought these after having surgery for breast cancer and going through radiation to try and get a little self esteem boost but there were no results. I did not agree or sign up for further use based on those results. All of sudden they stole 104 from my account as if they had the right and sent me more crappy pills. Funny thing is I used to see this advertised all over social media tiktok, facebook, instagram, when I purchased them, however, I had not seen a single advertisement not one since then. That speaks volumes Save your money. In the reply, the company said reach out. I did, they told me there was nothing that they could do. Because the products that I didn't ask for and don't want, I don't know why we're already shipped. That was their resolution, keeping my money i am forcing their product on me.

How about a class action lawsuit???
I'm interested if some of these 1 and 2 star reviews are thinking it's maybe time to see if we can get a class action law suit against this company. I'd also like to know if anyone who has given a 4 or 5 star review would like to have 7 unopened bottles for shipping only. I'll gladly give them to you. And I know they say perishable but I'd like to have someone point out to me an expiration date. They overcharged me over $50 on my first order and I didn't catch it until they sent me six more bottles saying I signed up for a subscription. I DIDN'T!!! So they say the pills are perishable and the day after I received them they can't take them back. So evidently they must go bad pretty quickly. The worse part is they also said they can't refund my money from when they overcharged me. It's in their policy so they say. How many times does this happen that they have to have a policy about it? Now just exactly does that tell you about this company?!? If none of the 5 star reviews are real (and I have a hard time believing any of them) and no one wants these pills I'll try selling them on Ebay. I see a lot of them there. And again if any of the problem reviews (which I'm sure are all real) let me know about talking to a lawyer. They should not be getting away with stealing from people but that is exactly what they are doing. They lie and they steal. And they read these reviews and use the "canned" replies and make it sound like they are really concerned about the people who aren't happy. THEY ARE NOT!! They put that answer on here and then refuse to actually give you an honest answer in your email. They couldn't care less about the people who have problems with their BS, useless product. If they actually believed in their product and not just making money by making false claims then they would be more than happy to have a guarantee and refund when things don't work as they say they will.
