I tried to cancel 90 minutes after ordering. They were very polite and sent a lovely email. However, it was not sincere. I read the horror stories after I ordered. I now have 3 bottles and I am very nervous about even trying them. Read Amazon's reviews and also found that they are not members of the BBB. I must say they shipped in record time.

I deliberately ordered only a 1-month supply, but somehow it switched to 3 months and I hit Paypal before I noticed the charge of $140+. I immediately contacted them to cancel and they told me it was too late. I got repeated robo emails saying the same thing. There was no customer service help at all. I ordered one month because I couldn't afford $140 at this time, but they offered no help. I would be happy to send them back as soon as they arrive if they will give me a full refund.

Not working at all!!! Plus they hook you on subscription you didn’t even was aware! No refund, difficult to cancel as they policy said there NO refund, No return, and they don’t have to let you know about subscription and any upcoming payments!!! Stay away it’s a scam!!!

I emailed for cancelation of these produce two months ago. They still sent me hundreds of dollars of products and when I contacted them, they told me I wasn't eligible for a refund. These are bad faith business practices.

Nova is the biggest scam on the internet....I did not order their product and told them immediately for a refund...they say their policy states no refunds! But I did not order! Now they say, well we have shipped your order so we cannot give a refund...I did not order!!!
I am entitled to a refund....
Not a honest company....

I have taken this supplement for 5 months and it has done nothing, I eat very little and the things I do eat are healthy, it also constipates me. Don’t waste your money

They do not work I lost nothing and I did not feel any different. I brought these after having surgery for breast cancer and going through radiation to try and get a little self esteem boost but there were no results. I did not agree or sign up for further use based on those results. All of sudden they stole 104 from my account as if they had the right and sent me more crappy pills. Funny thing is I used to see this advertised all over social media tiktok, facebook, instagram, when I purchased them, however, I had not seen a single advertisement not one since then. That speaks volumes Save your money. In the reply, the company said reach out. I did, they told me there was nothing that they could do. Because the products that I didn't ask for and don't want, I don't know why we're already shipped. That was their resolution, keeping my money i am forcing their product on me.

I'm interested if some of these 1 and 2 star reviews are thinking it's maybe time to see if we can get a class action law suit against this company. I'd also like to know if anyone who has given a 4 or 5 star review would like to have 7 unopened bottles for shipping only. I'll gladly give them to you. And I know they say perishable but I'd like to have someone point out to me an expiration date. They overcharged me over $50 on my first order and I didn't catch it until they sent me six more bottles saying I signed up for a subscription. I DIDN'T!!! So they say the pills are perishable and the day after I received them they can't take them back. So evidently they must go bad pretty quickly. The worse part is they also said they can't refund my money from when they overcharged me. It's in their policy so they say. How many times does this happen that they have to have a policy about it? Now just exactly does that tell you about this company?!? If none of the 5 star reviews are real (and I have a hard time believing any of them) and no one wants these pills I'll try selling them on Ebay. I see a lot of them there. And again if any of the problem reviews (which I'm sure are all real) let me know about talking to a lawyer. They should not be getting away with stealing from people but that is exactly what they are doing. They lie and they steal. And they read these reviews and use the "canned" replies and make it sound like they are really concerned about the people who aren't happy. THEY ARE NOT!! They put that answer on here and then refuse to actually give you an honest answer in your email. They couldn't care less about the people who have problems with their BS, useless product. If they actually believed in their product and not just making money by making false claims then they would be more than happy to have a guarantee and refund when things don't work as they say they will.

I have actually gained weight since I started taking this supplement 2 months ago. I avoid junk food and sweets. I eat 2 regular portion sized meals a day. And, have fruit and raw veggies for snacks. It is frustrating that I purchased a 6mos supply and it did the opposite of what the advertisement states it can do. I also haven't seen the other benefits like increased energy either.

I have sent 3 emails to cancel my subscription. I have their response stating they will cancel it and they have not! The product has changed and the new version doesn't work for me!

Unfortunately I cannot give them a zero,
After my January shipment I emailed them the following message. (Problem is Nova Received my email and thought- We should just continue sending this customer the pills she tried and no longer wants to take.)

Now, Nova wants to know where in my message I cancel their pills being sent.
Below is my email looking to return the ones from January and not receive any further.
In January I wrote-

Hello and Happy New Year,
I have 2 full bottles and just a few missing from my 3rd bottle. I would like to return please. I don’t like these pills and I am not going to be taking any longer.

Thank you for your help.

Avoid this company. They are thieves and scam artists. Once you order, they will access your bank account and charge you hundreds of dollars without sending you notice or product. The customer service is evil and rude. They will not address your issues. Instead they send you a canned response and refuse to return the money they took from your account. If you want to be ripped off for hundreds of dollars, go ahead, you've been warned. Jessica Bailey (customer service) claims no account exists in my name or email address, yet refuses to return the $134 they stole days ago. She is dishonest and the company is not to be trusted. Plus the product is crap and not FDA approved.*** Responding to NOVA Heath--I've contacted you multiple times. Your response is a canned AI nonresponse. You do not care, nor do you respond when contacted except to say you have no information even after I send you the paypal receipt showing your fraud charges to my account. Absolutely disgusting. I placed an order and they l keep sending automatic shipments and I cannot get them to stop. I am looking into an attorney for help. This is so wrong

So I ordered this product hoping that it would supply all the positive effects that it had mentioned. I did not feel any better I did not feel any worse. An effort to cut my losses I went online trying to find a way to cancel my order I could not find that so I waited to receive something from them about a new order coming forth I did get a bill on PayPal processing a new order. Immediately contacted them and told them I was not interested in their product anymore and would like to cancel the subscription. I was told they cannot guarantee they would be able to stop that order. After several weeks it did arrive on my doorstep I politely refused and had returned to sender and took to the post office and had a receipt after contacting them they appreciated me sending the product back but said that there would be no refunds. Their way of handling customer service is very poor.

I have taken Nova Spermidine just a little over 2 months. I'm not losing loads of weight, but it looks like 5-7 lbs per month, which is healthier. And this is the first thing that has worked. My digestion has improved and my metabolism. My fingernails and skin see a benefit too. I feel more healthy.

After a month with this supplement, I have lst a few pounds and feel more in control of my eating habits. The supplement has made a noticeable difference in my energy levels and overall well-being.

I have red rashes on my body and shortness of breath. I sent an e-mail and I am waiting for a response. I am not well.

Avoid this company. The product is not FDA APPROVED. Their site claims the lab is. Big difference. My doctor advised against trying it. I contacted them immediately, five days after ordering, requesting a refund on the unopened bottle. They refused.

This company has fraudulent practices. If you place an order, they will set up a subscription, but you will NOT get an email stating that a subscription was set up. Further, the website has no customer log-in, so you can't see or modify the subscription. Three months later, you'll get another shipment - with NO prior email telling you that a shipment is pending and allowing you to modify the order. Then, they will refuse to allow a return because their products are supposedly perishable. Totally bogus "return policy" and totally fraudulent practices.

BTW, I see that the company has responded to many of the negative reviews here with statements that they are working to resolve the issue. NONSENSE. Their "return policy" says that there are NO returns, and they refused to give me a refund. It's all bogus.

Update: After the response below, I wrote to Nova Health, as per their request. Their response to my email was the same BS that I already received - no returns and no refund, even though they sent the recent shipment and billed me with no notice whatsoever. As above, this company uses fraudulent business practices. Do NOT do business with them.
