Fraser (one of the delivery drivers) was fantastic, he was knowledgeable and honest and checked the car with care.

Have just had my car returned after bodywork repairs. An excellent job, the car looks fantastic with no sign of the repairs to door and front wing. I was kept in touch with progress and always had a very friendly and professional response when I made contact. Car collected and delivered by very nice staff.

Very disappointing, I booked a car repair in 3 weeks ago and double confirm in this morning. Unfortunately, they still “no show” without any call.

Nova were fantastic repairing our car after a lorry hit us on motorway. Took 4 days less than they had anticipated and kept us informed about progress too. Friendly and efficient staff. Thank you!

Uiterst teleurgesteld in de onprofessionele en klantonvriendelijke service van Jeep Garage Nova. Vandaag probeerde ik een medewerker uit te leggen dat mijn auto via KBC Lease is aangekocht en dat de garantie daar loopt. Ondanks dat ik het contract zwart-op-wit voor mijn neus had, werd ik simpelweg niet geloofd. In plaats van een oplossing te zoeken, kreeg ik de arrogante reactie: "Kom je auto maar halen." Dat je als klant zo in discussie moet gaan over duidelijke feiten is bizar. Dit is anno 2026 echt onacceptabel. #JeepGarageNova #GarageNova #SlechteService #

What was wrong?! Everything! Absolutely shocking..completely ignored no salesman
Came out to see us, just sat in a cabin playing on their phones..car had clearly been in an accident, wheels all damaged, rear light smashed,paintwork dented! Ripped out wires inside and when questioned, “don’t know”..back street dodgy garage..STEER CLEAR!!!

I had an accident my insurance company referred me to Nova. They got the car in three times and even then they haven’t got the car fixed. They still noise coming from the suspension side a rear quarter, and yeah, I’m still waiting after the third attempt for them to get back to me and they’ve been they’ve disappeared for the last two weeks cause they said they haven’t got no courtesy car

My dad was told this car would be back last Thursday and then it was delayed to Friday. As you are aware, his courtesy car was picked up last week based on the completion date you provided for the repairs.

My father is nearly 80 years of age and does not live near shops etc and has been struggling all weekend to get around and carry groceries etc as he suffers from arthritis.

I spoke with someone last Friday who pretty much assured me you were waiting on a wheel and the car would be back Monday. That has passed and tomorrow is Wednesday. 

You guys have had the car for nearly a month and possibly longer for what was very minor front bumper damage. How has it taken so long and why was the wheel not replaced when the bumper was repaired?

As this is going through insurance, why the refurbed wheel and not a new one?

I hope there is no ill feeling with you not receiving the £400 excess! 

My car was fixed by Nova, and they did an outstanding job, i had some paintwork fixed, and when i got my car back, it looked brand new!
I also sent it back over with another issue and they had no problem with picking AND dropping it off both times.

Everyone i spoke to over the phone, were polite and very friendly. They kept me updated with my cars work as well as when they were coming to pick or drop my car off!

Would 100% reccomend these guys, all lovely! And very honest too. Enjoy the celebrations😌.

If your insurance is using them ask them not to.

My car was sent to Nova through my Insurance Company for repair, after it was involved in a minor accident.
I really didn't expect the courtesy and care that I received by all the team, as I knew nothing about the Company. Nathan (Manager) went over and above to make sure that I was happy with the work, and got my car back to me asap. Nathan and Ben (Parts Manager) returned my car to me. It was clean, and a brilliant repair. They were so professional, and caring. Thank you the Nova Team. You're appreciated!
