Been using them for a while now. One time a product leaked so they immediately sent a replacement, another time I had a faulty batch (no colour in it) and they couldn't do enough to help. Messages were almost instant and straight to a real person no auto rubbish that is so rare these days I'm saddened to say. Credit where it's due. I only had to message them and explain what the issue was once. They listemed, responded quickly, were genuinely apologetic (unlike a lot of companies who's apologies are empty then do nothing). They offered not just one but two resolutions. Refund or replacement. Again I say I've used them a while now so these two issues are rare and the customer service is great!

I have used the old formula NOVA and it's a little drying for me. I'm hoping the new HELA formula will be perfect fingers crossed! Olivia and the team are friendly and helpful and accidentally sent me the wrong one so I'm waiting to try the new HELA hair formula and I can't wait!

I had to dye my hair twice to get rid of my gray hair. I think the brown black would be better for me next time.

I had some challenges with my order and contacted customer service. After exchanging a couple emails the company corrected my order. I absolutely love this product and will continue to use it.

First time colouring my hair and I absoloutley love it! So easy and the best thing I dont need to cover the roots as it disappears within a month or two, so I don't feel like I'm stuck to colour my hair forever. I also like that it's made from natural ingredients. Very happy with my product. I use it to cover my white hairs :)

However, the ingredient label on the product I received indicates a two-agent oxidative dye system:

Agent No. 1 lists p-Phenylenediamine (PPD), resorcinol, and dye intermediates including meta-aminophenol and N,N-Bis(2-Hydroxyethyl)-p-phenylenediamine sulfate (trace).

Agent No. 2 lists hydrogen peroxide.

This combination (PPD-type dye intermediates + peroxide developer) is characteristic of conventional oxidative hair dye formulations, and these ingredients are widely associated with skin/scalp irritation and allergic reactions in some users—especially PPD, which is a well-known sensitizer.

Could you please clarify:

Whether this product is intended to function as an oxidative hair dye (colorant + peroxide developer), and if so, why it is marketed as “all natural” and as avoiding “conventional hair dyes.”

The concentrations (or permitted ranges) of the key dye actives and developer (PPD and related intermediates, resorcinol, hydrogen peroxide, ethanolamine).

What safety guidance you provide (patch testing instructions, allergy warnings, contraindications) and whether those warnings are presented prominently at point of sale online.

Whether you offer a truly PPD-free/peroxide-free alternative for customers seeking a more “natural” approach.

I’m raising this because the marketing claims appear inconsistent with the ingredient label and could mislead consumers—particularly those with sensitive skin or prior reactions to hair dye.

Right now, the product I have purchased does NOT match the marketing and promises on the website

THe products here really make a difference! Just gotta use them right!

This hair dye is one that I trust, because of the natural base. No ammonia, peroxide, etc.
It can be messy, but I wear gloves, and wipe up afterwards.
I need about 10-14 pumps for my shoulder length hair.
The gray is completely covered!

I ordered the product from the company and I accidentally left the lot number of my place out of the address. I did not receive the product and wrote to customer service and I received a very quick response. They offered to contact United States Postal Service and if they could intercept a package, they would send them to me and if not, they will send me out a new package. I have nothing But nice feelings and thoughts for this company and the customer service that they provided me when the mistake was mine. Thank you so much.

The results are amazing with the color and my grays dissappear with every application when its time. And I don't look my age. A must have!!

This product is beyond amazing.It does what it claims I have dyed my hair for more years than I wish to remember and have plenty of greys. It is so easy to use and not at all messy. Completely covered my grey roots and left my hair beautiful. The colour medium brown looks so natural and my hair was left soft and shining. No more hairdressers for me. Customer service is exceptional I had a issue with the pump and the colour was not mixing properly. I had a response to my email to Customer service from Olivia within the hour. Nothing was too much trouble and she offered options to fix the problem. It turns out it was my error!. Wonderful service thank you Olivia

I have been using this product for a few months now and it works well. I get full coverage of my grey hair and it last for about three weeks. I recently had an issue with the delivery of the product and it was resolved immediately.

I have been using Nova Hair for several months now, it’s an exceptional product and very easy to use. I especially enjoy using it to keep my trimmed beard up to date. This site and shampoo is a scam! First they have taken the same name as Nova Hair Extensions Salon located in California under Novahair.com and their site is Novahair.co . This Chinese China based company is under the parent company name "One Funnel Limited" - located in Hong Kong China!
I ordered their buy one get one free and only received the one bottle! With no legitimate contact information, I emailed them and was refused the 2nd bottle in their promised in their advertisement. Second, it is the exact same shampoo sold on Amazon and Walmart for half the price! In researching them and reporting them to Meta, I was told they got banned from running Facebook/Instagrams due to constant complaints about their 2 for 1 being a scam and sending dozens and dozens of customers a single bottle instead of the 2 promised in the ad. I have reported their scam to several US agencies and will be reporting to IC3.Gov tomorrow for Internet Consumer Fraud! Any good reviews that you see for this company is likely fake!

Imposter site. Claims to be the original but product comes from China, where the service team also sits, and it contains a significant portion of ammonia which burns your skin. Their product directions also state to leave on for 25-30 mins. This is the same experience as you would get from your local 99 cent store's discount hair or beard color.

The original which I've personally used does not have ammonia, does not irritate my skin at all, and colors within 5-10 minutes as their directions state.

This company tries to claim they're the original, siting a trademark in the UK. The owner of which is not a China-based company. The original is a US based company out of CA and they own the actual ".com" domain vs the ".co" domain.

The product is great, easy to apply, smells good. The customers service is excellent, Olivia is great she helped you with all your questions or concerns in a very short period of time!
