After 2 email complaints and asking for a refund i am still waiting for my bottles to arrive. Its been over 2 weeks and i am still waiting. Stay away from this company. I was refused refund and made to keep waiting

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!They are scammers. Did purchase initially, went well, impressed with product, worked on my hair but not good ingredients as suggested. Put in an order 2nd time around, noticed it had ordered the wrong colour, emailed straight away to rectify order, but still sent wrong colour. Company asked to return to America, duly did that via registered post, my expense. They said they NEVER received it. Even though I gave them recorded no. To date they have NOT tried to contact me about this SO OUT OF POCKET. SCAMMERS!! & FRAUDSTERS

The colour and covering is stunning but after applying the product I felt my face slightly burning and during the night I was waking up evry 30 minutes due to the horrible burning feeling and itching. In the morning my face felt like on fire and very red. The results are brilliant but I have doubts about the chemicals or organic components.

Very good product. it’s works fine with my hair but make sure need gloves use every time for extra care your hand avoid stains. Customer support very helpful I don’t have more word to say thanks whom I contact by email.

I have natural curly hair and most hair dyes I've tired make my hair less curly. This does not. Hair feels so soft and the color lasts months. Also way easier to do at home than standard box dye

A lovely product, I use it all the time. It lasts longer than normal hair dye and doesn’t damage your hair with harsh chemicals.

Fake and scam as it’s not anything as adverised.. these sellers should go beg on the roads instead of scamming people’s hard earned money !!

Waste of money. It doesn't cover gray hair at all. For this price you can buy 3 good quality hair dyes that are actually suitable for the purpose.

Was excited to use this new hair dye as i had used others successfully in the past. I'd bought 2 bottles of the light brown. Read the instructions and started pumping. Nowhere does it mention there's a bung blocking the end of the dual nozzle. After about 10 clear pumps the bung flew out. After about 6 more pumps the colour started to appear. Wasted a lot doing this. Applied it to my hair and within moments a stong burning sensation forced me to rinse it out. My skin is now very red and sore. Will be binning this and that's £30 wasted.

I love this product. This is the second time I am ordering it. It works as they claim and it does only take 10 minutes. Nova hair dot com.

Purchased from Official Nova Hair dot com and somehow the delivery address wasn’t incorrect. The customer service is resending the BOGO bottles. Will update when I try the product!

Excellent customer service ,I ordered one of the products in error and contacted them to cancel and arrange a refund , this was completed within 48 hours

I recently made an order for the first time. Initially I was skeptical with the price however I was lucky enough to secure a buy one get one free.

I received two bottle of shampoos with the price of one. One my first use, the results was amazing. No bad smelling chemicals, no fear to colour the skin, just apply, wait for 10 min & rinse.

I won’t go back to those cheap colours. Nova is my choice. Most recommended.

It's basically an expensive hair dye.
Nova Hair is basically hair dye in a dispenser bottle.
The bottle has 2 compartments and when you pump it the 2 liquids come out from 2 separate nozzles.
The quantity needed is the same as regular dye. The product is exactly like dye it stains and burns slightly if you have an irritated scalp. They even supply gloves and ear caps to prevent staining so they lied in the advert when they say it doesn't stain.
In terms of coverage it is also very similar to normal dye.
In my opinion it's not worth it as the product is very expensive and has no real advantages over normal dye.

I have used this product and re ordered after it had finished. Its a brilliant replacement to the chemical filled dye you use or get from the high street.
Really gentle on the skin leaving no marks.
Just gotta follow the instructions and shake the bottle well. I have used darker shades but accidentally ordered a lighter one this time. Still good coverage and the colour match is amazing.

I've used this product and it does what it says. Coloured my hair with good coverage, and long lasting. The people at Novahair dot UK provided a good service also.
