Does what it says. Dark brown is my color match. Yet to see how long it last but very satified

The dark brown I ordered was not the right match for me. I contacted customer service via email and Sandra responded. She was super helpful and recommended I try the black. I received the order and tried it and it's a perfect match. It's super easy to apply as well! Overall a great experience with Sandra at customer service and the product as well!

It’s totally works, it colored my gray hair perfectly and there’s no harsh smell at it leaves my hair smooth

Make sure to order from the real Nova / Hela site. I believe for the first time I actually order from the real site. Product was different from my previous orders as my recent order was the real deal. The product was different came with a white cream instead of an oil substance and my hair felt soft and no freezing, and the color was amazing. I finally order from the real deal.

My natural hair is very dark brown, almost black, but not quite. I was wondering if I should try the dark brown, but in the photos it still looks a bit lighter than my natural color. Should I try it next time?In fact, Sofia from support kindly advised me on this matter as well.

I had previous issues with other companies selling inferior products so was expecting the same response but was happily surprised how well my query was dealt with by Sophia . She was professional whilst being sympathetic to my issue and found a solution that gave me great customer satisfaction .

Unfortunately I had issues with the 2 bottles I bought ( bad batch?) But the customer service I received was 5 star. Olivia was quick to respond, provided some troubleshooting tips and was helpful and gracious when I requested a refund. I have friends who love the product without issue so I'm sure it's legit

Tried the dark brown and found out it was too dark for me. The product though was easy to apply. The color produced was rich. Most of all, it wasn’t messy.

It is worth mentioning that customer service is quick to reply and assist with your concerns. Kudos to Sofia.

I love this product … so easy to use. I ordered Medium Brown when I should have ordered Light Brown … even though it’s not that bad it’s just alittle to dark for me … my hair has never been that dark. I will tho definitely try again but with the Light Brown.

They are a scam I went to official website paid $116 for products been over a month 🙄 recieved nothing couldn't find tracking number kept trying to contact no answer OMG Google needs to block them what an absolute scam I would give minus10 if I could

i love the light brown color it matched my hair perfectly. I get complements every where i go even my hairdresser told me the color makes my grays look like highlights. My only problem is the bottle finishes so quick in 3 washes. my hair is shoulder length so i felt it should cover my head for more than 3 washes.

Useless product. No idea what other people are doing to get their great results. I've used this product three times now and see NO difference in my hair. It does absolutely nothing to cover my grey hairs. Don't waste your money

I really love using this dye shampoo. It’s clean and simple to use. I normally use it once a month but whenever I need a quick touch up, it’s ready to use. No mixing, no having to use a whole bottle of dye. Just pump and go. Thanks Nova Hair.
