My daughter is just beginning to learn…
My daughter is just beginning to learn English and cannot read yet. I think the lessons should be more suited for complete beginners because throughout the lesson, I had to explain to her what the teacher wanted and what she needed to do, as she couldn't understand the instructions. Other than that, everything is fine—she is practicing colors and sounds, which is very nice.

Great program
The program is really nice, the teachers are fun and patients, and my daughter is enjoying the classes very much. The only comment I have is that they put a slide that my daughter supposed to read but she still doesn't know how.

השיעור ביום שלישי התחיל באיחור של 10…
השיעור ביום שלישי התחיל באיחור של 10 דקות והסתיים 4 דקות לפני הזמן. כלומר כחצי מהשיעור לא התקיים! שלחתי למורה בקשה להשלים את הזמן בשיעור הבא ולא קיבלתי תשובה.
אני מבקשת לטפל בנושא. תודה

אנחנו מבינים כמה זה יכול להיות מתסכל כששיעור לא הולך כתכננתם.
בדקנו את זה ואנחנו יכולים לאשר שהמורה הגיע בזמן. עם זאת, הבחנו בכמה בעיות טכניות בצד שלכם במהלך השיעורים ב-5 וב-11 בפברואר - הצטרפתם באיחור של כמה דקות (4-5 דקות), והיו ניתוקים במהלך השיעור.
אנחנו באמת רוצים שכל שיעור יהיה חוויה נהדרת עבורכם, אז הנציג שלנו יהיה בקשר כדי לעזור בפתרון כל קושי טכני. הוספנו שיעור נוסף ליתרה שלכם כדי לפצות על זמן אבוד ✅

החלפת מורה ללא התראה מוקדמת מספיק
בשיעור לדוגמה הילה המורה קרוב והיה מצטיין.
לצערנו אין לה בכלל מקום פנוי בשעות שלנו.
בחרנו מורה אחרת וכשהגענו לשיעור הביאו לנו מורה אחרת מבלי שידענו על כך לפני כן. והנכדה שלי לא התחברה אליה.
מחר יש לנו שיעור נוסף עם מורה אחרת ואני מקווה שיהיה יותר טוב.
