Very disappointed with my experience with Nova’s Jewellery.

I contacted them on August 12 asking to cancel my order, but was told it had already been shipped. Their customer service later confirmed their normal delivery time is 10–12 working days, yet my order took almost TWO MONTHS to arrive. The jewelry was purchased for a specific event, which had already passed by the time I finally received it.

I repeatedly contacted them asking for a refund because of the excessive delay. Now, despite the delay being on their/courier’s side, I am expected to pay the return shipping myself, send the items back with tracking, and wait until they receive and inspect them before getting my money back.

I understand having a return policy, but this was not a normal return or simply changing my mind. The order arrived far beyond their stated delivery timeframe.

Very frustrating experience, especially for something purchased for an event. I personally would not order from them again, particularly if you need your jewelry by a specific date.

TOTAL SCAM: Do not buy! Predatory returns to China.
Avoid this website at all costs! The jewelry I received is incredibly low quality and looks nothing like the pictures online. To make matters worse, the sizing is completely wrong—the items are so small they look like they were made for children, not adults.
When I tried to return the items, customer service made it as difficult as possible. They refuse to provide a local return label and instead force you to ship the items back to Shenzhen, China at your own expense. The trackable shipping to China costs more than the jewelry itself, making a return impossible. They also tried to trick me by offering a measly 20% partial refund just to get me to drop the issue.
This company uses predatory dropshipping tactics to trap you with useless, tiny, cheap items and steal your money. I am bypassing them completely and filing a chargeback with my bank. Save your money and buy elsewhere!

Bought the Leni earrings, full tracking updates and they arrived within 3 weeks.
Excellent quality and service, read all the negative reviews on here and thought I’d made a mistake but now I’m ordering another pair!

Horrible!!! first of all, they are a totally cheap jewelry, super brass color, not even gold. Plus, doesn't fit women's wrist either. It is worth noting that it took several weeks to receive it as well. Very unpleasant experience.

Would not recommend this company. All goods coming from China, slow shipping takes weeks, still no sign of my goods. They have registered their business as based in Edinburgh but there is no shop or address of this company. It annoys me that the government allow people to register an English address/company with no shop/location in country!!! Our own country lets us down with these focal rules. Would not buy a signal thing from this company!! 100s of people can’t be wrong!!!

Horrible. I shopped the buy 1, get one free sale and ordered what I thought would be a bracelet for myself and one for my daughter. After waiting almost a month, the package arrived with only 1 bracelet. I reached out to customer service and they told me only 1 bracelet was added to my cart, so I didn't qualify to get the free one...huh? So I asked if there was anything I could do to get the second bracelet that was owed to me and I was told no, but that I could have 10% off my next purchase. Next purchase? Are you kidding me? So in lieu of a whole entire bracelet, I get 10% off of something that I would need to pay for and wait another month to receive? Then they had the nerve to send me an email asking how many stars I would give their support team.

Wow ! I wish I would have done my research before spending my money! It's been over a month and I haven't received my package no one responds back. This website is a scam ! Save your money !

They are SCAM.
NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM THEM.
Their bracelet is deformed and won’t fit on anyone’s wrists.
Waste of money and it takes over 2 weeks till you receive your item.
What you see on the website is a lie and what you receive is a very low quality cheap looking products.
Their bracelets are worth not $1.
They are SCAM.

Actually, help customers get the product...I emailed customer service many times and still haven't received my stuff.

Ordered a jewelry set (ring and earring as listed in the description) and only received the ring. I contacted customer service and received a smirk remark that I didn’t read the description correctly. The items in the set are not listed separately. Beware their devious customer service. The item is indeed nice quality, but they’ll never, ever get another purchase from me.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This whole experince including the quality have been terrible. An influencer suggested these earrings so I asked for them as my Mother’s Day gift. We did not hear anything for almost a month and it said they would ship in one to two days on the website.
I emailed mutiple times with no reply. When I said in my final email that I was going to do a charge back with visa, they were magically sent the next day. Still to this day no reply from customer service.
When we ordered it said if you ordered you got a free pair of studs with your order for Mother’s Day. I was so excited about that.
They arrived without the free gift. The WORST quality earrings of all time. Could have gotten these at walmart and certainly not worth over $150. Even the packaging was horrendous which i would never care about usually but that is alot of money for horrible everything!!
Do NOT buy. I will be spreading the word this company is terrible.

I ordered something over three weeks ago, I have emailed them twice asking for an update but have no heard back on both occasions. I am still waiting for my items to arrive, however after reading this I don’t think they will arrive. Awful customer service stay away from this company.

so bad I wanted to give it a zero but I can’t. So I’ll give it a one. Literally never came. Took so long to “deliver”. Customer service is terrible and do NOT expect a response. waste of time money and effort

TERRIBLE. Just dont fall for their great marketing like I did. The customer support email says "you can expect a reply within 12 to 24 hours" which actually means you will never get a reply or your order fixed.

Very very poor standard and customer service, I wished I had read the reviews before placing the order.
Placed my order a month ago and they keep sending me tracking but the tracking hasn’t moved in 2 weeks. No reply to my customer support messages.
Nobody to communicate with about this and after reading these complaints, I’m sooo disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed with this jewelry order. The pieces look nothing like the photos advertised online. The quality is very poor — they arrived tarnished, flimsy, and cheap-looking. One of the clasps doesn’t even open, making it completely unwearable.

On top of that, all the bracelets are different shades, so you can’t even wear them together as a set. They look mismatched and low quality. I will not be wearing them at all.

This was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Order placed and never delivered. CS refers to Tracking website which is laggy and does not reflect a delivery date, for ex, “38 days in transit” . I gave up hoping to get my order. Wasted money. Poor experience.

Placed an order on December 22, 2025. The item was never received. Their website is not working . When I click the tracking number they provided it says order not found . Please beware and do not purchase from them.
