I had a time sensitive order, if you look through the site they list London, Edinburgh and a parent in the US.
The prices are in pounds, the whole experience is made to make you think this is local.

This is in no way local, it's China.

An hour after I ordered I got an Evri "expecting your package", it's been like that for seven days. That's when I went digging and found out it was China.

Temu and AliE can get things here in a week, this lot are playing games and lying to play those games.

Novaglowjewels, I don't want your sorry. I'm not giving you my order details. I don't want you to look into the issue promptly and there's not a thing you could provide now that would provide resolution.

Just stop lying, just say to folks that it's China and stop f.u.c.k.i.n.g lying and pretending that this is UK.

Good choice of items, good value for money, quick response to order

Wont be ordering from this company again , you would think that if you are spending over £30 quid on jewellery your product would at least come in a super cheap box or little envelope and not arrive in a plastic bag . Thought i would try this company out first by ordering one product before spending the £800 i have to purchase new jewellery , certainly won't be spending that money with this company now

Beautiful product range. Original order good quality and as described but ring design/fit not quite suitable. No hassle exchange arranged in no time. Incredible communication throughout. Amazing customer service. Highly recommended.

Avoid this company at all costs . China company who won’t honour the return policy on the website. Insist on sending back to China, rather than the Edinburgh address quoted on the website. Very poor quality product, packing and delivery timescale.
As they have asked the order number is NVJWELS1253 I still have not had a satisfactory response however.

Ordered in plenty of time for a birthday. One star as this has arrived just in time. Packaging terrible - item could easily have been damaged. Not even a box for it - for the price - no reason why not. The most irritating thing for me is I was looking for a UK based seller - thought I had found one - and then it ships from China! Hence the long shipping time! 14 days!

Ordered a pair of earrings and waited 2 weeks for them to arrive. The package was appalling and earrings broken.
I’ve messaged for a week to get a refund but very little response other than trying to get me to have something else
All I want I a refund but they are saying I need to be deducted postal. If you saw how they were posted it’s an insult a scam and looks like it’s out of a cracker. Do not use this company-

Literally just received. One of the earrings, the clasp on back is damaged. Does not sit right. Wasn't impressed with packaging. Just popped in a small clear plastic bag. Hardly surprised it's damaged. For £30 I would expect them in a small box or at least some protection around them. 😤

Items are sent from China, the adverts imply Manchester/ UK.

The ads claim delivery within 5-8 days. Mine was ordered 2 August and arrived 14th. Poor communication (probably A.I.?) from "customer service" as to why this was so.

17 days from order and still no delivery in prospect. Very shiny website makes no mention of extended delivery times. Whe it arrives it better be good.

The order number is 1181. The order was placed 26/7/26 with an estimated delivery of 6 - 12
days. Plenty of communication but none specifying a delivery date until a mail from EVRI on 12/8 specifying delivery between 18.30 and 20.30 that day. Later that day the delivery was rescheduled for 18.30 to 20.30. No further communication of any kind.

This goes from bad to worse. After more than 3 weeks the bracelet arrived. During manufacture, presumably during polishing, the shiny surface had been cut right through and a large expanse of brown/bronze base material was exposed. This fault was glaringly obvious and would have been picked up by the most rudimentary inspection. The bracelet and matching earrings were very poor quality and packaged in a couple of ziplok bags. The one with the bracelet in had an amount of what looked like abrasive grit in the bottom. Both bags were filthy. The reply to my communication accepted the fault but stated I'd have to pay for return - to China. Not a ton of money but the website clearly states that damaged goods return will be paid for by the supplier. I reminded them of this and sent a screenshot of the appropriate page from the website. I received another invitation to return the goods - and pay for the shipping. I in turn replied showing again their own page which accepts shipping cost responsibility for damaged goods. Two days later and two more e-mails from me and we have radio silence. I very strongly suspect that the 5 star reviews for this website are fake. Avoid at all costs.

My order (#NVJWELS1205) has only reached the ‘electronic information received’ stage with CJPacket, which suggests it hasn’t yet entered the courier network. Could you please confirm:

1. Has my order actually been dispatched?
2. Why doesn’t your website explain items are shipped from China?
3. When do you realistically expect delivery to the UK? The website says 5-8 business days.

Lovely unique items of jewellery - but the time taken between placing an order and shipment actually being made is quite frankly not good enough in this day and age. Particularly if you’re ordering a gift for a special occasion. I’m sure most customers would prefer the option of next day or express shipping rather than having no choice but to take the free (i.e. even slower than you’d ever have imagined in your worst nightmares!) shipping. Not particularly impressed at all that a very special person’s birthday will unfortunately require the excuse ‘Sorry, I ordered it in time. It’s just this company I ordered from have zero sense of urgency.’ Avoid unless you enjoy waiting 3 weeks or so for delivery.
