THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY THAT I HAVE COME ACROSS ONLINE, WHAT A SCAM IF YOU PURCHASE A PRODUCT FROM THEIR UK WEBSITE A RETURN IS ONLY TO CHINA WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM DELIVERY.(A MONTH TO BE DELIVERED).IT TAKES 3 DAYS FOR A REPLY AND A RETURN WOULD HAVE BEEN OVER A THIRD OF PRODUCT.

I would like to say everything the same as all other comments. Scam. Spent £70 on two hoodies in medium. They are not even small they are xsmall. They are also fake essential brand. Customer service is shocking although offered me 15% refund but that's not enough for me. I want to return in it for free and get my money back. They told me to send them back but in my own expense an I have to send it to China. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

EDIT/UPDATE: After writing the below review I have reported to UKICC (trading standards for international). I looked once again at the jacket I purchased and realised not only were the badges/logos missing, but there was no garment labels whatsoever. For the EU and UK, legally the product has to have a label detailing all contents of the materials and % of each. If they cannot cover the basic requirements of law, I highly doubt the products would meet UK safety standards such as fire testing. I implore anyone who has dealt with this company to check products, report to the UKICC and contact their banks for refunds - even if you have had a partial refund you can claim the balance. Soft furnishings require BS5852 fire certification and this needs to be displayed on products, electrical products need to have CE or UKCA safety regulations displayed. If they haven't got these, I would strongly advise to stop using as these could be a major safety risk and contact your bank to report at the very minimum and report to UKICC to stop Novensa or Nexture commerce potentially harming anyone else.

I ordered an all season waterproof jacket. IT eventually arrived after Christmas, ordered on the 6th December. I incorrectly assumed this was a UK based company and delivery would be in time for Christmas - it wasn't clear on their website but that was my fault for not searching for the delivery policy.

The product arrived, not only is it not as the picture shows, labels and decorative details missing, the finishing on the product where the seams are messy and visible- therefore faulty. I highly doubt its waterproof and is the thickness of a shirt when its supposed to be a an all season jacket.

Now as the product is misdescribed in terms of its look (ignoring the waterproof element) and faulty (pictures been provided to Marlon in their customer service twice) I am being told its only 14 days 'warranty' - UK law is 30 days when faulty or misdescribed. They also require me to pay shipping to return the item - which is also against UK consumer law when the goods are faulty misdescribed.

I would have got better quality from Temu and paid a tenth of the price. Absolute scammers. Avoid.

Do NOT use this company. I am just about to go down the legal route with them as they are disputing that a (very expensive!) light purchased from them is not damaged and is natural wear. The wooden leg is dented and the product is overall really low quality. The company are offering a refund, but requesting I send to China which will cost almost half it's worth.

Nowhere on the website does it state that returns will need to be send to China, and the name Novensa UK would imply that they are based in the UK or at least have a UK returns base. There's nothing UK based about them. Their "easy returns policy" certainly isn't easy.

They've since deleted the listing, so I can't even go back in to double check the description. To make matters even worse, I've just found the same light on Amazon - it has a better description, more photos clearly showing the product. Only difference is it costs £72, as opposed to what I paid which was around £170. It's certainly worth £72, but the quality is not worth £170.

The fact they are disputing that the damage to the item is only superficial, so doesn't count as damage or defect is outrageous.

This is a stress I didn't want at this time, but I'm willing to fight this case all the way as I think this company have completely miss sold themselves and I'm furious that they're getting away with it. I'm also so angry with myself that I didn't read their trust pilot reviews before purchasing.

I had an email confirmation saying item delivered but it was not, I emailed them to explain and they sent a link to track delivery and it was all in Chinese. Thought this was uk based considering it’s .co.uk anyway my parcel did turn up a couple days later. Very cheaply made, fabric is awful and nothing like the picture. My fault for trying to find cheaper alternatives. Lesson learned!

My review of the 29th October and Novensa response which yet again failed to resolve!
After receiving a reply saying they wanted to resolve my issue yet again this company have failed.
Package returned 22nd July still no refund.
I beg people not to get involved with this company as it is a total scam. They have a .co.uk website however the reality is they are a scam company operating from China!

Purchased a smart Watch, advertised as waterproof and it's not, I washed my hands and water got into the watch and damaged the screen, when I contacted the company showed them screenshots of their false advertising the option I was given is to send it back to China and after it's inspected for damage then I will get a refund so obviously I won't be getting the refund as it's damaged or take 15% and keep a broken watch. In addition I would be responsible for shipping it back to China although I was lead to believe this was a UK website.

I don’t know what more I can say. The shoes I received were absolutely shocking. The description in the ad was utterly misleading, the quality and appearance bore no resemblance to the description. The whole thing is a total scam to take money immorally from people who think they are paying for a good quality orthopaedic product. They are total tatt. They also make it impossible to return them. My research shows they just offer their huge number of appalled customers a 50% refund. This is their business model.

They should be investigated.

Please leave my reviews in place to protect others.

I WOULDN’T EVEN GIVE THIS COMPANY ONE STAR! THEY SHOULD BE STOPPED TRADING IN THE UK! ITEMS HAVE TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS BUT YOU HAVE TO SEND AN EMAIL FIRST TO GET THE RETURN ADDRESS - WHICH IS CHINA, AND YOU HAVE TO PAY THE POSTAGE. THEY DIDN’T REPLY TO MY EMAIL FOR 10 DAYS (NOT 1 DAY AS IT STATES IN THEIR RETURN POLICY). IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RETURN THE GOODS IN 14 DAYS TO CHINA - IN THE REMAINING 4 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THEIR EMAIL. I RETURNED MY GOODS TO THE SMALL ADDRESS ON THE PARCEL BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT IT AS IT WAS NOT SENT BACK TO CHINA. WHY THEN DID THEY NOT PUT THAT RETURN ADDRESS ON THE PARCEL? WHY NOT PUT INSTRUCTIONS INSIDE THE PARCEL GIVING RETURN INFO? THE ITEM WAS ORTHOPAEDIC SLIPPERS - THESE WERE CHEAP PLASTIC SOLED SLIPPERS WHICH WERE VERY DANGEROUS. THIS FIRM IS A SCAM. WHY HAVEN’T THEY BEEN STOPPED TRADING IN THE UK? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I needed a commuting bag and this one ended up being a good pick. Fits my laptop without looking bulky, and the strap feels reliable. Been using it daily and it hasn’t shown any weakness yet. That’s a relief.

Delivered the wrong item and wrong size, would not exchange, would not give me my money back unless I sent the wrong item to CHINA. Would not take responsibility for their mistakes. They should be struck off all the websites they are advertising on.
I have been asked again to clarify my review.

So to clarify I am not at fault, you the company sent the wrong goods to me and I asked for a full refund which you would not give unless I sent the wrong item back to you to china which had charges, as it was not my fault I was not going to pay the refund delivery charges.

Change your refund policy and give back the full refund immediately adding the postal charges to send it back to CHINA and at your cost as you made the mistake.

This company needs to be reported. Bought 2 pairs of sandals advertised as orthopaedic. When they eventually arrived they had nails coming through and absolute cheap rubbish. They then offered me a 10% refund. I got it up to 60% but have still not had the refund. I will be enquiring how I can get my money even though I have lost out badly.

£35 wasted on a pan that’s not fit for purpose
The pan went black and started burning with smoke on a medium heat I contacted novensa and they said you can only send it back within 14 days from purchase pmsl and in perfect unused condition what a bunch of clowns stay we’ll clear.

A scam site, should not be allowed to trade. Outright lies on the website item description, refuse to provide refund, demand payment for return shipping to China. Steer clear.

Says it’s a UK website then you nice the customer services sites as Holland and then if you need to return anything you need to do it at your own cost to China.
I ordered £40 sandals so not especially cheap which were not as advertised and were frankly unwearable. Stitching coming apart, cannot tighten. Asked for refund multiple times but they keep just offering to give me 10% off if keep
- finally gave me address in china to return. Not hopeful will get money back. Avoid this is obviously a dodgy business!!

Absolutely awful company, don't get stung! I ordered a solar fountain. I assembled it correctly. It doesn't work! I contacted them and they asked me to send a video, which I did. They weren't satisfied and asked for another, which I did. I've jumped through numerous hoops to get a replacement or a refund and they keep asking for more. I don't like to leave negative reviews but they have had ample opportunity to do the right thing and sort this out!

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering from this company! The goods are coming direct from China, so that took ages. The products (sandals x 3) arrived today and are very poor. I have emailed to enquire how to return them. I was fooled by the description of the sandals being orthopaedic - I have a high instep and need arch support. I don't expect I will hear back from Novensa so that has been a very expensive learning experience as the sandals were each £34 - they aren't worth that. I didn't pay with a credit card, but I might check with my bank to see if they can help in any way.

Don’t ever purchase shoes from Novensa. My 89 year old mother purchased a pair on line on 28th august, their tracking on 29th august advised they were in transit, and there it stayed, l chased them last week and they assured me they were on their way. Nothing has changed on their tracking, despite reassurance from the company. Novensa are useless and their updates amount to nothing other than lies.
They took over 2 months to deliver and once arrived were nothing like described. On,y fir for the bin.

Bought a pair of hiking sandals for £39.99.
They arrived squashed in a plastic bag inside another plastic bag.
The quality of the item is dreadful . Horrible chemical smell plus untidy stitches around the sole.
Customer service was terrible, as they insisted on them being posted back to an address in China despite there being a UK return address printed clearly on the original package. Had to raise a dispute via my credit card (Barclaycard) who were superb and got me a full refund.
I will never understand how these sandals have obtained such great reviews on the sellers website.
I would recommend anyone not to buy these Novensa hiking sandals. Primark wouldn’t sell them for £5.00 so how Novensa get away with selling them for just under £40 I will never understand.

Really it’s NO STARS. This has got to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
I bought 2 pairs of sandals and they didn’t last beyond 3days of wear- the sole perished, A big hole appeared in the rubber (the size of UK 10p) 2cm deep. The description said they were for painful feet and comfort was the key. RUBBISH! The shoes are not fit for purpose and so I claimed a refund within the time frame of retuning goods. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, but offer partial “goodwill” pay out. I refused this, as I am entitled to get my money back. I have sent pictures and endless messages. My credit card company is now involved to claim the refund. The goods are inferior and now I have 2pairs of useless shoes. My warning is to read Trustpilot reviews before you buy. REALLY POOR QUALITY GOODS.
