If it was an option I would give zero stars.

13 months and I still don’t have all my furniture. And to make matters worse they don’t ever answer emails and do not even honour refunds they promise.

Beautiful sofas, lovely in store staff, TERRIBLE and slow customer service, BAD communication, waited 10 months for issues to be resolved.

Our sales consultant, Zaytunai, was excellent and very helpful. She helped us to find the design and fabric we need. The store has excellent choice at reasonable price.

Novia staff were extremely helpful & went above & beyond & to find a solution to find a sofa to fit into my very awkward basement area.
I have been trying to find a sofa to fit for several months and they resolved the issue - an amazing Company with amazing staff, I cannot recommend them highly enough, friendly, professional & reassuring with outstanding Customer Service,I am looking forward to receiving my new sofa soon.

Brilliant customer service until you place the order. I bought a dining set in July 2024. Its now 24/11/24, have called them, spoken to managers that promise information in my delivery, yet no one calls. Don’t be duped by the sales team in Brent Cross. They are so polite, soft spoken but part of the problem too. All are liars! Worst customer service ever. Shame their pieces are beautiful but cannot deliver. Still waiting to see what/when turns up so…… plus look at the review replies. Only the positives get one👎

They don’t want to know you once the order is delivered. Poor craftsmanship, the people who came to put my unit together were poorly trained and were drilling wholes without any accurate markings. My emails are being ignored and basically they like to wash their hands off once the sale is done.
Before the contract is signed however… absolutely brilliant customer service just to get your confidence. Personally I would pay a little more and buy from Italian brands! Never again buying from this company!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase of recliner sofas from Novia. After just first month, the entire recliner leg is rusting badly. The rust has caused unsightly marks on my floor every time the recliner is closed and the legs touch the ground. This is completely unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be of high quality.

Additionally, the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I have reached out over 10 times via email and phone to address this issue, and I have yet to receive any meaningful response or resolution. Their lack of action and concern for their customers is appalling.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Novia. Save yourself the frustration and money by choosing a more reliable and customer-friendly company.

Customer service is just appalling, not one staff member wants to help. The situation will be dragged out for a long period of time with no change I do not recommend!

Order no. 11316. The product seems fine but the incredibly poor service makes me hate it. Sofa took 5 months to be delivered (after no communication from them, me chasing repeatedly, it having been made in the wrong colour, delays in shipping etc). After voicing my dissatisfaction, especially having taken a day of annual leave for no reason, they offered forms of compensation I didn't want. To get this agreed and to discuss other options has taken weekly unanswered phone calls, a mailbox that always seems full, numerous emails that do not get answered, excuses, lies and increasing frustration. Another 8 weeks later, they have worn me down. If you value your time and your sanity, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
