Excellent experience and beautiful lab-grown diamonds
My husband booked us an appointment at Novita Diamonds London as a surprise to buy me a birthday present!
We had a fantastic experience at Novita Diamonds. Yen was incredibly helpful and took the time to show us a beautiful selection of diamond necklaces. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process very relaxed and enjoyable.
The quality and sparkle of the lab-grown diamonds were impressive, and Yen explained the different options clearly so we could make an informed decision. She also clarified the difference between lab-grown diamonds and traditional diamonds and talked us through the four 'c's - cut, colour, clarity, and carat, which was really helpful.
After trying several different settings, I finally chose my favourite diamond pendant, Yen didn't rush me at all, in fact she was just as excited as I was! My husband chose to also buy the white gold chain from Novita Diamonds but we were under no pressure to purchase it from here - no pushy up-selling!
We really appreciated the attentive service and the time Yen spent helping me find the right piece.
Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service and high-quality jewellery. I would happily recommend Novita Diamonds to anyone looking for beautiful lab-grown diamonds.
p.s we'll be back to buy the matching earrings at some point! :-)

Engagement Ring purchase and Resizing
Purchased the engagement ring for my fiancée and the service was wonderful. I was served by Mavis, who was friendly and patient. She answered questions I had, having known nothing about diamonds. After a few months, my fiancée and I came back to Novita and the ring resized slightly and it was Mavis again who served us with a smile. Would definitely recommend purchasing from here.

Liebe Freunde. Zum Geburtstag meiner Frau habe ich ein Paar Diamant-Ohrstecker bestellt. Ich war echt überrascht, wie gut die Kommunikation war! Noch am selben Abend wurde ich per email kontaktiert. Bis zum Lieferdatum wurde ich - aktiv - täglich informiert! Abgesehen davon hat die Lieferung - trotz knapper Zeit - punktgenau auf den Geburtstag gepasst. FedEx hat die Ohrstecker unkompliziert gegen Unterschrift übergeben. Ich war schon auch skeptisch ... aber es hat alles so gut geklappt, dass ich dies gerne auf diesem Weg kundtue.

Seit Jahrzehnte von einem besonderen Eternity Ring geträumt, bei Novita Diamonds wurde er endlich Wirklichkeit .
Habe neben Novita noch einen anderen lab grown Diamant Anbieter kontaktiert und mich dann sehr schnell für Novita entschieden. Das liegt einmal am Preis und an der Umsetzung meines Wunsches und vor allem auch an Sabrina - wir waren per Mail bzw. Telefonate in Kontakt.
Sabrina hat mit ihrer Kompetenz, Engagement und Geduld wirklich maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass diese Sonderanfertigung eines Eternity Ringes zu so einem Highlight wurde!
Der Ring wurde teilweise in Handarbeit hergestellt und ist super super schön!!!
Auch die Zusendung ( er wurde am Montag auf den Weg gebracht und am Dienstag war der Ring bei mir ) ist tiptop.
Ich werde Novita Diamonds wärmstens weiter empfehlen!
PS: Heute 27.02.26 bekam ich noch per DHL den von Sabrina angekündigten Sparkling Brush zur Reinigung der Diamanten - was für ein toller Service - einfach ganz ganz klasse!!!

An absolutely outstanding experience at Novita Diamonds!
I recently purchased a beautiful lab-grown diamond engagement ring and couldn't be happier with every aspect of the process. The quality of the diamonds is exceptional, the centre stone sparkles brilliantly and looks every bit as stunning than anything I've seen in traditional diamonds.
A huge thank you must go to Yen, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable from start to finish. She took the time to guide me through the designs, explain the options clearly, and make sure I saw the exact ring and diamond in person before deciding. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience feel personal and stress-free.
The showroom is beautifully presented, the team is welcoming, and the entire process (from viewing to purchase and customisation) was seamless. Novita Diamonds truly stands out for ethical, high-quality lab-grown jewellery at fantastic value.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and specifically ask for Yen if you can! She's a real gem. Thank you again for helping create something so special.
