I have been using Novos Core & Boost for almost two years & have noticed a decrease in inflammation & memory improvement. I did not experience any adverse side affect. I gave it 4 stars for product, and minus 1 star for customer service. This is an area of improvement. Timely responses & access to a live person would solve this issue.

I have been using Novos Core for 2-1/2 years and am very happy that it has made a difference to how I feel and noticeably to my skin. Very helpful Customer Service department who bend over backwards to accommodate requests.
Yep, this is a shady company!
Yep, same thing happened to me. I registered my kit online and sent kit in and waited. They somehow said I didn’t register but later found my registration. Anna, the customer representative (via email) dragged the conversation out for weeks with questions that could of been answered from my original thorough email. Extremely poor customer service and I agree with other reviews that this is a shady company!! I’ve been waiting with no communication and will file a dispute with my credit card company today.

Poor customer service and correspondence.
This was the worst case of taking money from your bank account especially without prior notification to let the customer know in advance. The only way I became aware of it was when my bank notified me of a possible fraud. My attempt to contact NOVOS to stop the auto ship was unsuccessful. Three days later I finally received an email from NOVOS saying the shipment has been processed and they cannot stop it . I was told that if I wanted to return it would cost $25 for shipping and $60 in restocking fees?????? The package finally arrived 3 days later. At this point I am stuck with a product I don’t want and do not trust that I will ever receive even a portion of the price refund should I pay the outrageous return fees!
This company is a ripoff and I hope that someone will take legal action against them!

Sounded great and got on board but the product tastes so nasty that I can’t make myself drink it even though I know I am tossing a c-note out the window and I’m a rather thrifty lady. I have been trying to cancel but crickets, so I am now believing the reviews that have complained of this. Makes me think, SAD, if u we’re reputable u would happily cancel unhapoy subscribers because u had an abundance of happy peeps.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Did the test, mailed it in, and then I couldn't register my sample. Emailed them that I couldn't register my sample.
After 5 weeks, I contacted them since I had not received my results for the test nor a response that they received it.
There's one customer service person and she's AWFUL.

The Customer service is a joke . While placing my order their web page froze up as a result it placed my order and changed me two times . I wrote therm right away still I got informed that the package was already under way . Then I got told I could return part of my order at my expense. Now a few day later after I asked for the address I got told that they do not take returns . We are talking 500 dollars worth of product that I can not use . They dont care about customer satisfaction. I ordered a lot of stuff from them in the past will never order with them again .
careful with trusting your money with this company
Company does not have a phone number - literally no phone number at all. They guide you to an email address for all issues. There seems to be one person answering these and they answer very sporadically. I never received my order (they processed the funds though from my bank account). Its been impossible to get anyone to respond to me in any meaningful way. I’m still waiting for a refund and there is no update on that. I was told it has to escalate to another team for a refund. Extremely frustrating process and terrible customer experience. I have tried getting in touch with them through social media - anything to get some type of response. You’ve been warned.

Find other solutions that don't kill your guts
Their website and customer service always say that 3% of the consumers will experience bloating/stomach issues. There were 4 of us of different ages, my mom, myself, my friend, and my sister bought them at the same time. ALL OF US experienced severe bloating constantly, even if we took NOVOS Core slowly after food as recommended. It's either the NOVOS team lying about the 3% chance or the 0.00081% chance that all 4 of us have stomach symptoms. I found this to be very untrustworthy for a health company. I did give them a chance and continued to consume over 6 months, and my weight increased by ~6-7 kgs without changes in diet or exercise. My guess is that NOVOS Core destroys your gut lining and microbiome, disrupting your metabolism. I've been off from NOVOS Core for a month now, and never felt better.

Not a high integrity company
This company automatically enrolled me in an annual subscription after I bought a one year supply and - without notice - a year later charged me $1,300 and sent a years supply of vitamins to a place i dont even live at anymore.
I notified them of the issue within 10 mins of receiving a potential fraud alert from my CC and they didn't respond until AFTER the product had already been shipped via UPS... and now want me to track down the package and to charge me a BS return shipping and restocking fee. Incredibly unscrupulous behavior. Avoid.
Solid Science
I have used NOVOS products for over a year now and am very impressed. Every time I circle back to their products, I'm reminded of why I chose them in the first place. Highly recommend for anyone interested in longevity and healthy aging.
I do hope they start shipping NOVOS Age to my country soon.
Untrustworthy company
To start with both the Novos core and Novos boost made me sick. This company does not stand behind its products and charges outrageous restocking and return shipping fees. They tried to say feeling sick was normal. The customer service leaves much to be desired. As well the Novos age results are absolutely incorrect! I believe they say your chronological clock is faster than your biological clock to get you to use their supplements. There are so many companies that do stand behind their supplements and other age tests that are not linked to having to buy supplements from them. There are many NMN supplements that offer long guarantees so that if it doesn't work or makes you feel sick you can return it for a full refund. Novos is a scam!

GI disaster
My husband and I started novo's, both products, a year and a half ago. He's a fan, still on it. I quit after several months. Instant unpleasant gut changes, then diarrhea, then killer cramps that sent me to the ER. Admitted to hospital w ischemic perforation in colon, possibly caused by a clot. They don't really know. Come to read novo's boost is sweetened with clot producing erythritol. This may have been correlation not causation, but I quit novos cold turkey and have had no problems since. Lucky are the folks who see only benefits. I wouldn't take it again if they paid me to.

I have been on their products for around a year: Novos Core and Novos Boost. Great product definitely works! More energy, better skin, more mental clarity, and healthier. One issue, sometimes I get muscle cramps if I don't take a break with both products. Usually, I stop the Novos Core for a week, and no issues.
