They have terrible customer service

They have terrible customer service. I never write reviews, but have never had a worse experience with how rigid and uncaring they are about if you like the product or it hurts you. They seem to care more about money than care.

Product did not preform

Product did not preform as advertised. Neither my wife or myself saw improvement using Novos products. That I could get over but there business practices are another thing, auto renewed me. Really pisses a guy off when the Product does now preform as advertised! Deceptive business practices! All around a bad experience.

No warning before the subscription…

No warning before the subscription renews and they charged me a $60 restocking fee. I contacted them immediately before they even shipped the order and they still wont process my cancellation request. Borderline criminal behavior from this company.

Do NOT believe their long life score or questioners. It is 100% inaccurate and there is no multiple options. It’s just a selling gimmick. Typical American no wonder they die younger

no refund offered for a product giving me adverse effects

I ordered a year's prescription, but really regret it. It tasted bad, and made me cough and I had cramp each time after taking it. When I raised this to the company, they told me it was "normal" to have cramps when introducing a new food supplement. This is utterly non-sense! I checked with my doctor, who said he didn't think such was a responsible statement. Also be aware this company doesn't offer refund to international purchase! Although the product was not fit for purpose with the several adverse effects I experienced, but they tried to get away with this by a "no return" policy. I am seeking legal help regarding this, but if you are not sure, better stay clear from such company.

Just WOW

Been taking Core for close to a year now, and I can't tell you how good I feel! I feel super energetic, no more foggy brain and I been getting so many compliments on my skin looking "fresh". There's so much science behind their products as well, seriously recommend them!

Loooove love love! Sooo much energy!!

I started to really focus on my health during covid and changed my diet, exercise, everythingggg all to just improve my health and feel healthier. One of my friends who is super into health and wellness told me to look into longevity, so I went down that rabbit hole and I tried like 5 different longevity supplements before I found NOVOS and oh my godddd! I've been taking Core and Boost for a year and a half now and I swear I feel like I have more energy than ever. I used to get super sleepy in the afternoon, and someone told me it was a sugar crash from all the sugar I put in my morning coffee, but even when I cut that out of my diet I still got that mid afternoon drowsiness- but when I started novos I swear it went away. My hair feels sooo much softer too and I just overall feel so much more upbeat!! love this product and love all the articles they post!! makes me feel validated that all the changes I made to my diet, exercise, etc. etc. is actually making healthier :)

Horrible nausea

Horrible nausea, headache, and fatigue. Terrible reaction. I went from swimming laps and lifting yesterday to feeling absolutely horrible after I took first dose. Will be flushing $109 down the drain.

Good, And Room For Improvement

Love their strong scientific approach, the breadth of their advisory board, their ability to teach and communicate.

Do not like that they exclude NMN from their Core offering, so you have to buy it separately. And since folks like Dr. David Sinclair are taking 500 mg of NMN daily, I thought it was wise to take more than the 300 mg Novos recommends. In comparing options I found 500 mg of high purity NMN from Donotage.org for less cost.

The Novos Age test was also a bit of a disappointment. The turnaround time was was one day less than 11 weeks for me, despite multiple conversations with customers service. And the 55 page report was 90% boilerplate with excessive details on the Dunedin test, and generic lifestyle best practices which are available on their website.

Hope these guys can tweak their approach, as I would like to give them all my business. For now, I am still evaluating options, and not able to fully recommend.

The best longevity solution I've come across!

As a long time biology researchers and n=1 biohacker, I've kept a close eye on the longevity space for the past decade. I have to say I've been disappointed by the companies billing themselves as longevity companies, making big scientific claims, but having very little knowledge of the science and nothing to show for it. So, I was that much more pleasantly surprised when I came across NOVOS and their comprehensive, thoroughly considered solutions.

Admittedly, I went in as a skeptic, but after reading NOVOS' scientific evidence, their approach to formulations, hearing their CEO speak, and seeing their scientific advisory board, I decided it was worth giving them a shot.

I'm now 3 months into using Core and can't say enough: I'm sleeping better, have better energy (presumably as a result), and I've received two compliments on my complexion (after having received *zero* in my life!). I'm now excitedly waiting for my biological age results (NOVOS Age) and will report back with my experience!

I have also experienced GI related issues and asked they cancel my subscription and they could not refund me or even accept my return without inordinate fees being tacked on which makes the return incredibly costly and ineffective.

Due to their poor customer service I would stay away from this brand in my opinion.

Erythritol in Novo's flavored is dangerous

I had a bad reaction to Novo's flavored Core because they put erythritol and other man-made sugar substitutes in it. If you Google erythritol you will find that it causes intestinal distress including digestive problems, diarrhea, bloating, cramps and gas!

The company response has been sub-par and they don't even have a 1-800#! All communication has to be done by email! They really are not ready for the big time - they only have 9 employees and, according to articles, they brought this product to market in 4 weeks! Why do I feel like a guinea pig getting all the bugs out of their product release? They have refused to refund my money with me agreeing to sending back the balance of the product. They want to replace the unused portion with non-flavored Core but I received no benefit from the two months I took their product because it made me sick and my body rejected it.

They say it has to be returned in 30 days, but I was abroad with my husband for his Summer work and I honestly couldn't pin down what was making me so sick because I was in a different country and didn't know if it was the water, dairy products, a case of Traveler's diarrhea or what. At 2 months I had deduced that it was the Novos flavored Core and wrote the company only to have them tell me that only 3% of people had problems and that it only happens initially and then it goes away. I finally got them to reveal the fact that several items in their product has been known to cause digestive problems in some people (mainly Erythritol).

I disputed their charges with my credit card and returned the balance of the product.

I then discovered new medical research that links Erythritol to increased blood clots and heart incidents like strokes and noticed that my platelet count was the highest it has ever been. I sent this along with the medical research to Novos Labs and they finally refunded my money.

I would NOT recommend doing business with this company. I'm going back to Serovital!

Novos Definitely Works

I have been on their products for around a year and a half. I stopped taking the supplements for a month due to a billing mistake on my end. I saw the difference. The product definitely works! More energy, more mental clarity, and I definitely feel and look younger. I trust this company!
