do not buy from these people, the descriptions are misleading, the delivery is slow and they will not refund for incorrect descriptions.
I bought a "real leather" coat - it was plastic, and a multilayer rain coat with ventilation layers - it was a simple plastic raincoat.
They arrived so late, we had already left on the trip I bought them from, then when we returned found the goods were not as described. supplier refused return, because it was over 30 days.
Update: while pretending to engage with me to solve this issue, the company in question is still evading their legal responsibilities and are refusing to refund.

Faulty product, no solution....
Replied to my poor review where I shared my experience with them about a faulty product. I was assured an escalation and a possible solution but haven't heard from them since then.
I am sure I am not getting my money back, just an AI bot replies to the emails which are very generic replies asking me to track the status of my delivery or a link to their policies. Its a joke, we have been discussing the fault about the product and all I have got was discount to keep it or a link to track my delivery 😤

Poor after sale service, poor quality, poor return policy.
I have never previously made a complaint. I ordered a wall mounted wooden coat rack. I did receive my order however the item was different wood to my order and the quality was poor. Even though I contacted the company, asked for an address so I could return the item, I got an automated response initially, followed by a email to saying they were looking into my complaint and respond. I have still, after 2 month, a few more emails, not received apologies, an address, an appropriate response. My suggestion would be to steer clear of this website!

They have messaged they don't have the stock - or if they will ever have the stock again - but have not refunded him! 'Leather' jacket is as shown in images, however, it is not leather. label reads 95% poly 5% cotton. Please change the title and description to be truthful. Jacket has the look shown and is well made with a lining, but is not leather!!!

Sizes ran small.
Company lies and uses Sydney in its name but it is based out of China.
For my return, I had to cover the cost of return shipping.
100% would not recommend unless you want cheap quality clothes and are okay with that.
I recommend giving your money to another company.
Update to review:
During the return process, the information they've provided in their return email is inadequate for returning the product, so now there's a chance I will be out the cost of the original purchase plus the return shipping costs.
The company has yet to respond to my inquiry for a corrected address and contact phone number. This purchase is turning into a complete nightmare.

Got sent the wrong item- it was definitely not as advertised.
It came from china not Sydney, so is quite overpriced as a result, and took ages to come.
Absolutely no customer service to refund or change. I emailed four times. Got no response.. If you look at the comments where the company has responded, they are all bot responses.
REACHED OUT AS REQUESTED. STILL NO RESPONSE. was a threat that was not a genuine review. Trust me it is.

I sought assurance I could return the product before I purchased. Based on the company's response that returns were permitted, I ordered 2 pairs of pyjamas. The items received were of poor quality and not as described. I attempted to return the product in the original packaging only to be told they could NOT be returned. Communication ensued to no avail.
