She was able to cancel the order and help me get to the right payment option! I have had a 7 stage RO system from NuAqua for several years now and have loved it! I have the subscription plan and have had to use the warranty, and they delivered on their word and helped me diagnose the issue and replace parts. We just ordered a whole house filter. After talking to Abby who recommended the heavy metal 3 stage whole house filter because we are on a well. After I placed the order, I had several more questions and Abby was right there with me to answer all of my questions (and I have a lot of questions).
