About four years back, I had Nugen Exteriors take care of my gutters, fascias, and soffits, and they did an outstanding job with exceptional customer service.So, when a roof tile slipped just before I was leaving for vacation a couple of weeks ago, Terry was the first person to come to mind. I reached out to him at 6:06 PM, sharing my concerns about the potential damage if the tile fell.Terry graciously agreed to come by that night and arrived at my place by 6:40 PM to evaluate the situation. Understanding my worries, he promptly organized his team to fix the slipped tile the next day.The customer service was once again top-notch, even beyond regular business hours. I'm incredibly grateful to Terry and his team for responding so quickly and resolving everything within a day. I'll definitely return to them for future needs and highly recommend their services.

Fantastic workforce. All round great company. We had roofing, roughcasting, and some electric work done. Beautiful finish, and a great bunch of guys. Very professional in outlook and attitude.

Choosing a firm to carry out any major work needing done on your home is always a worry. Will the work be done to a high standard? Can I trust them to be honest about what needs done? Will I get value for money?
I can honestly say with Nugen we felt we'd definitely made the right decision.
We were looking to have two gable end's roughcast removed and replaced as water had got in behind it and our roof assessed.
Terry came out and advised after checking the roof inside and out that it would be best to replace the roof. We had expected this after having had a few previous repairs over the years. We also asked for two replacement velux windows and three new windows downstairs.
The quote wasn't the lowest but from past experience we know that's not always the best way to go.
We couldn't be happier with the outcome, the house has been transformed. All work was carried out to a very high standard, the boys on the roof were all hard working and polite and John and his team did an amazing job with the roughcast.
Terry is a perfectionist and made sure a few extra bits and pieces were carried out so he was as happy as us with the finished job.
The site was thoroughly cleaned up after completion, even down to washing windows and downpipes.
Terry and Lenny were there to do a final walk through with us before leaving to ensure we were satisfied.
I've no hesitation in recommending, a firm you can trust to do the job required and do it well.

From inception till completion the experience of working with NuGen has been a pleasure!

Really can’t recommend any NuGen highly enough. We had an old flat roof needing replacing, Terry came out saw what needed done, came up with how to improve things. Great service from planning, roof work, roughcasting, interior finishes and painting all included in the price. Terry and Lennie were fantastic throughout, always tidied up at days end, all at a good price. Great company to do business with. 👏👏👏👏.

Excellent job from beginning to end. Nugen had the most competitive quote for my roughcasting. Lenny and John were brilliant and kept in contact throughout the job. I work from home and John helped fit the work around my job to minimise any noise. The guys cleaned up after so my neighbours weren’t inconvenienced. I got the job done in Jan 2025 and we had a storm so John and Lenny came out at night to make sure all the scaffolding was secure. One year later and the roughcasting is still looking as new. I’m so pleased with the work these guys have done for me

Nugen Exteriors renewed my gutters, fascias and soffits around 4 yrars ago and done an excellent job, with customer service second to none.

So a couple of weeks ago when i was faced with a roof tile that had slipped the night before going on holiday, the first person i thought of was Terry. I contacted him at 18:06 , explained the situation, and that I was worried to leave it as it was in case it fell and caused damage.

Terry kindly agreed to.attend that night, he was at my door by 18;40 and fully assessed the situation
Knowing how concerned I was, he arranged for his team to repair the slipped tiles the following day.

Again, excellent customer service, even outwith normal working hours, I can't thank Terry and his Team enough for attending at very short notice and completing the job within 24 hours. I will definitely use again and would highly recommend.
