Very quick service, did exactly what I asked, number plates are perfect, would definitely recommend

Do not buy from this website I put my order on hold as soon as I bought it as I didn’t actually have the plates yet the buyer decided to cancel so I had to cancel my plates, I had an email saying that they weren’t going to production until I provide a V5 document and all of a sudden when I said I need to cancel, they said they’re shipping it so that they can’t process the refund. Very muggy and they shouldn’t even be shipping the plates without someone providing the documents so I will be contacting the bank and get a refund through them.

Product as requested

Service is beyond poor, phones go to voicemail and call are never returned. They replied to the first couple of emails and then when it became apparent it was their issue they stopped replying.
The mark of a good company is how they rectify errors, and it appears Number1Plates dont.
As someone else noted, I would avoid using this company as there is a risk of orders going wrong and there is no customer service.

Delivery took a while even though I paid for next day… it took 4 days. There’s also a blemish on the lettering where it’s transparent. I sent a message and have received nothing back. Waste of money looks awful. Lettering isn’t central on the bottom row.

Have been waiting for this order for a while now...
Evri has been at the waiting for the package stage for a week...

Have contacted and been told they are sorting it but not ever once am I given an eta which I have requested multiple times....

Still no delivery, still evri does not have the package.

Your marketing video shows a lad playing games or watching YouTube instead of working...I'm gonna say this is the reality and not just satire.

Dreadful service . Do not use these people! Took money on day of order ,priority order only means they dispatch that day but it’s pot luck when they get it to the courier!
One week later Evri still did not have the plates . Number 1 plates chat line is obviously IA which just tells you what you want to hear escalations promised calls and apologies none of which we received .
The phone lines a joke answer service who never call back !
Email reply eventually came no explanation, no apology , just saying refund within 3 days ! Which still not received!!!
Now having to get plates elsewhere so we can actually drive the car !

Easy to follow the ordering process, good price and plate arrived within a few days.

Poor service. They sent the wrong plates (4D instead of 5D), then instead of offering to replace/refund, they offered me a small partial refund or to send me stick-on 5Ds to go over the top of the 4D digits. Suffice to say, I’ve never used them (the stick-ons look awful) and I wasted £100!

Misleading pricing on the website, displayed prices can't be fully trusted.
Don't risk using this company because if something goes wrong with your order, there is no customer service.
Maybe this company works well when orders are straight forward, but when there is an issue they are unwilling to engage.
They don't answer phones, reply to voicemail, call when requested by email or respond with open dialogue in emails and complaints.
The price of the plates was stated on the order screen, when the order went through into the basket and into checkout, it came out as something else. I only received one plate when I was expecting two. There was a clear system discrepancy between the website and what went through the checkout. I contacted the company straight away when I saw the confirmation email to question it and they didn't respond. When I received the order, there was a plate missing - all they would acknowledge is that I got what I paid for in my basket.
I even have screenshots of the pricing on the ordering page - it's a very clear and obvious ordering process with a stated price that you then add to basket.
Had the price been correct on the website from the start of the ordering process, I would not have gone through with the purchase as the plates are too expensive.
The most frustrating part is that the company knows there was a technical issue (following my complaint and my screenshot) because they later amended their website to show their 'correct' pricing for these plates - but still have not been willing to engage with me, apologise or respond to a formal complaint email.
I would avoid using this company as there is a risk of orders going wrong and there is no customer service when this happens.
