Good website, very good quality plates, fast delivery

Ordered plates from number1plates and they arrived as good as Id hoped and only a couple days after ordering. Good quality plates and a professional service. Will be a return customer for sure!

I ordered two number plates from Number One Plates. One plate arrived, but the second plate has still not been delivered, even though it has been more than a week since I placed the order.

The plate I received appears to be of good quality, but I am disappointed by the delay and the lack of information regarding the missing item. I hope the company can resolve this issue promptly and improve its delivery service and customer communication.

I would appreciate an update on my order as soon as possible.

The rear plate was disappointing.
I asked for a f type jag plate and the one supplied was not as deep as I had wanted

Extremely dissatisfied with this company. I ordered a number plate for a birthday present on the 22nd May, for a birthday on the 30th May its now the 2nd June and still no plate or any sign of it arriving. I have contacted the company via email on 3 separate occasions to be told sorry!! . No explanation as to why its taking so long. I have now requested a refund in full and decided to go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. I have an issue with my plates in that evri shattered them upon delivery, despite paying for quick delivery. They have yet to reach out.

Avoid at all costs.

They sent out a reg plate that they misspelled. Which is okay as mistakes happen. But they have failed to follow this up with a replacement or a refund after a week of chasing it up.

They do stick a “quality check pass” sticker on the back of the reg plates and sign the invoice. But these both did not match so I’m not sure how much i can vouch for their Quality process.

The customer service is actually terrible. You cannot call up as it is all automated and no live advisors are on the phone, and you cannot use the live chat as this is AI only, even though it does they and tell you “live agents are online”

The only possible way you can get through to them is via email, and I havent had the best experience after chasing them with 4 emails.

Unfortunately it doesn't look like I'm getting a replacement nor a refund so I will have to chase this up with the bank.

Disappointing as they had high reviews but the post sale customer service lets it down.
Good quality reg plates though if you do get the correct spelling, just good luck if anything goes wrong

When we need new number plates this is our go to company. Quick response and prompt delivery.

Scam Website! Beware
Looks legit with fake good reviews.
Currently in a Dispute with PayPal to get my money back luckily I paid on PayPal.
Their real email address is plateorders@outlook and the phone number is a machine that won’t take calls.

Had some numberplates done and the front one had lots of white marks was showing through and even looked like that a black pen was used to try and cover up the worst. Tried to call and sent a number of emails and have had no response at all. Ridiculous

Zero stars would be a better fit. Bought a set of gel gloss plates just under 12 months ago. Plates seemed fine and have been fitted. One the of the letter recently fell off, contacted this company to have a quick response but now no reply to emails nearly a month later. I'm now looking for a replacement plate elsewhere. AVOID PLEASE

I ordered plates 4 years ago and the service was slick and speedy and the plates looked to be of good quality, recently 2026 I have tried to contact the company to order a replacement rear plate as the backing has delaminated making the plate difficult to read. I have called several times and left messages for someone to call back, emailed the sales department outlining my needs all to no avail, after four weeks of constantly trying to make contact it is time to find a better company as their customer service is shocking!

I originally purchased my plates in September last year. Unfortunately the 3D gel plate developed a fault with a couple of the reg numbers starting to come away from the backing. I contacted the company who were extremely apologetic and sent me a replacement plate out within two days. Great aftermarket support if you ask me.

Absolutely dreadful service. Too busy marketing on social media and not actually delivering any number plates.

I ordered my plates almost 2 weeks ago and it’s been with Evri since.

No communication no response to emails and don’t answer the phone.

Good quality plates but took a few days to arrive

Ordered plates 3 weeks ago and still have yet to receive them. Have emailed multiple times to get a response once but still no solution. Details left for a call back that hasn’t happened. Evri tracking created but parcel never gets to evri. Just terrible service and now I need to try and get a refund from them so that I can go elsewhere.

It has been three weeks and I have still not received my plate that I believe was suppose to be delivered the next day.

No update on my plate, I’ll have to go somewhere else and attempt to get a refund
