The ordering process was very straightforward, I thought the price was a little high, but now the plates have arrived, I’m happy with the price, as the quality seems great. I’m yet to put them on the car, as we’re still waiting on the V5C, so can’t comment on how good the sticky pads are etc… but I’m sure they’ll be fine. Postage was a little slow, but I think that was the carriers fault and not Number 1 Plates, the packaging was also damaged upon arrival, I didn’t complain, as the plates were undamaged, and again I think this was likely the carriers fault and not Number 1 Plates. Overall I’d say 10/10 and I’d order from this company again.

Beware of fading numbers
Originally I bought a set of personalised plates for my car in 2020, but by 2024 the numbers on the rear plate had faded badly, so I ordered a replacement. By 09-04-26 this replacement rear plate also had numbers that faded in the same way. It was not exposed to harsh sunlight or chemicals. I wrote to number1plates on 15-04-26 explaining what had happened and asking them if they would supply me with a replacement as a gesture of goodwill. To date all I have received are automated responses saying they would contact me within 24 hours, but they have not.
