Ordered for the first time from Nureh and the love struck outfit is absolutely gorgeous, exactly as shown in the pictures and it looks so stylish and elegant. The customer service was exceptional, I spoke to Salman Ali from Nureh as I had few delivery problems by the courier company but he instantly sorted it out with them and it was delivered the very next day. Definitely will be ordering again. Thank you Nureh, please stay the same.

My experience with the brand nureh was good.
I really like the quality and the design.

I made a big mistake I didn’t check the reviews first.
I regularly shop from online brands abroad but never experienced anything like it.
After ordering two pretwear suits for £118.40 inc delivery. I had to chase up my orders several times which took 17 days to ship.
Day 21 I received my order.
The suits didn’t look as elegant and the quality was really poor. One of the suit had no lining, beads were hanging, poor stitching and the scarf wasn’t matching at all, nothing like they advertise online.
I got in touch like I did before. I sent pictures and ask for a refund but they don’t have a conscious. No reply
I guess they will be going to the charity shop
Don’t waste your money and time they’re a scam!

If u live overseas don’t order anything from NUREH I paid delivery fee in advance when my package arrived in Canada then delivery company ask me more money for delivery cost me so much extra.
Use LAAM APP for clothes they don’t do this kind of scams

I placed my Eid order with Nuréh almost three weeks ago, with full payment made upfront. They promised the item would be dispatched in time, but here we are — just days before Eid — and I’ve received absolutely no update, no tracking, and no sign of the order.

Their customer service is a complete joke. No one responds to messages properly, and when they do, it’s the same lazy, generic copy-paste replies that go nowhere. It’s like no one knows what’s going on – or worse, they just don’t care.

Why take orders if you can’t even deliver what you promised, especially for a time-sensitive occasion like Eid? You’re holding my money and my outfit hostage — and leaving customers stressed days before the biggest celebration of the year.

This isn’t just bad service, it’s irresponsible, unprofessional, and borderline fraudulent. I feel completely let down, and I’ll never trust this brand again. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere. Nuréh is not worth your money, your time, or your trust

Absolutely disgraceful experience. My wife ordered Eid clothes from Nureh nearly two weeks ago, still no sign of the delivery, no tracking update, nothing.

We’ve tried calling their so-called customer service countless times and not a single response. Messaged them on Instagram and were connected to what seemed like a rep operating out of her basement. Clueless, unprofessional, and after a few copy-paste replies, she just stopped responding altogether. Left us on seen like she was doing us a favour by even replying.

The worst part? We trusted them enough to pay online instead of opting for cash on delivery. So now they’re holding our money and our clothes. Bravo, Nureh. 👏

This isn’t just poor service, it’s borderline scammy. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. Wouldn’t recommend this half-baked excuse of a brand to anyone. Don’t waste your money or your patience.

1 star is pushing it. Sit tight, this is a long story dragging over a year & 3 months.
(Disclaimer I had previously ordered from them before no issue, this was my second time ordering, the story is long and gets boring but frustrating for me).

I placed an order over 1 year AGO. 20th Feb 2024 to be precise. I paid £131.97 for a suit. They cancelled my order 3 weeks after I placed the order which caused me an inconvenience as I needed the suit for a wedding at the time.

Anyhow, I contacted the customer service and asked them to refund me the money however they said they do not do refunds and I should choose something else. I had a look on the site and told them there is nothing I like and would like a refund. They declined again. I told them I would like to put in a dispute and she said not too, just take something else from the site. I asked will they restock the suit they said yes so I said I would happily wait. 2 months went by no restock (regularly checked the site). I thought if I like another suit I can ask to change it.

I contacted them yet AGAIN to say look there’s nothing that I like I want a refund, AGAIN she declined. I asked, if I liked a few casual suits, could they put them aside for me till the total sum I paid adds up rather than ordering a casual suit and then paying £20+ for shipping each time. She agreed.

A little while after, I seen a few suits I liked and asked them to be put aside to which I was told they had been. When the total for £131.97 was made, I asked them to ship my outfits out and I was told “what outfits” so I sent screenshots of the chat and they responded with “they are all out of stock.” I was baffled as I was told they have been put aside for me. I asked to put in a dispute and I was a refund. Again they declined dispute and declined refund.
She said to order more suits and they 100% will be put aside.

Again did the same thing to be told “what suits?” Or “what’s your order number” to then I send screenshots of the WhatsApp chat AGAIN and the response was oh “the suits are out of stock”. I was absolutely LIVID. At this point I was fuming and said I want a f***ing refund. As YOU guys made the error and it was not my fault as YOU cancelled my order 3 weeks after I placed it. Again declined as it’s not in their policy to refund. And that I HAD to choose something else from the site.

For the 3rd time I placed an order for 3 suits, to which I was told they will be shipped soon. I asked a week after when will i receive the order, she said as I placed this so close to Eid (2025) I will receive them after Eid I said okay. I contacted a week after Eid to ask when will i receive them she said they are on their way. 2 weeks later I contacted AGAIN & she said they are in production. This is when I flipped and was rightfully rude to her as they were taking the piss now. How can they be in production if you’ve told me 3 times they are on its way to me. I even asked for a email/tracking number and didn’t receive it, although I was told I would.

I told them I will be making a TikTok about how poor their customer service is and that I have been refused to put in a dispute from the very beginning and refused a refund when NURÈH PK were at fault. And she had the audacity to say “it’s been over a year why would you put in a dispute now?”

Finally she said she will forward it to the correct team to refund me my money. WHY COULDNT YOU HAVE DONE THIS FROM THE BEGINNING??!!!!!!

Today, 27th May 2025, 1 year and over 3 months later, I received my refund but they only refunded me £122.54 I told them they paid me short and I was told the rates were different. Regardless of the rates being different they should have paid me the money at the GBP rate I paid. For me it is the principle of how they made the mistake and took no accountability. Even if it was £1 short I want that £1 back from this pathetic excuse of a so called “business”. Not only did they pay me short they wasted my time and took no accountability for their mistake and denied me of putting in a dispute from the beginning which this could have been sorted. They have no professionalism and do not know how to give customer service nor do they know how to run a business. I also transferred the money to a UK bank account so how can they say oh “the rates have changed”.

(Also in between this I had contacted my bank to put in a dispute, but they said as I’ve ordered from them before and had no issue, it doesn’t seem like a scam and that NURÈH PK need to refund me the money back themselves).

DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A COMPANY!!!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE!!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!!!!!!!!!
