Nuuds has the best clothes AND the absolute BEST customer service. I was 1 day late on my return due to a very busy family month, and Camille, the customer service rep I spoke with on the chat bot and then via email, was so incredibly kind and accommodating and helped make sure my order was refunded after my return was delivered. I love this company and everything they stand for!

10/10 customer service experience
10/10 customer service experience. Aubrey went above and beyond to correct something that was out of their control and even followed up with me to make sure I was taken care of when I didn’t respond for a few days. They genuinely care about doing the right thing, which is almost unheard of these days.

Aubrey helped me fix an issue I had with a recent purchase. A hole developed from the stitching coming undone less than 2 weeks after receiving my favorite pajamas! I sent the nuuds team a couple pictures and a day later Aubrey responded that a new pair was on the way to me! Very appreciated. This is why we love Nuuds! ❤️

Great customer service
Great customer service. They have amazing quality clothes and I never have an issue with them. Aubrey helped me in such a short time frame when I had a problem with my swimsuit. She was quick to offer a solution and never once made me feel like it was my fault. The customer service and quality of clothes is why I keep coming back.

Truly so impressed with the customer service I received! This is the first problem I have had with any of my NUUDS items. I have had the item for a few months and started to see some issues. I sent pictures and was met with a quick response - even over the weekend. My issue was resolved quickly and Aubrey was incredibly sweet!

I actually hate leaving bad reviews BUT I would hate for another mom to spend hard earned money on a product that didn’t meet expectations because of customer service. I’ve only ordered nuuds 3 times and I’ve been decently happy with my purchases! The products are well made, overpriced, but I wear them all often. Twice now I’ve ordered and been sent the wrong size product and twice now customer service refused to fix the issue. I didn’t want to keep the wrong size, I just asked that I return the wrong size and then get shipped my correct size. They told me it was my error and that their “system strictly prohibits us from overriding this for any reason”. If that’s true, then just reimburse me for the issue. Instead, after several email threads they finally send a gift card but for $15 less than what I had to pay to repurchase the item then had to pay for shipping as well. Unfortunately, I’ll just never buy from a brand with bad customer service. So sad because I love the family behind this brand!!!

I ordered 3 pieces during their huge sale. I received 2 of the pieces but didn’t receive the 3rd . I contacted customer service and received an email the next day. Unfortunately that piece had sold out. I was given a refund and also a gift card to use at another time. I appreciated the prompt response to my issue. The two pieces I did receive were amazing quality!! Thank you Nuuds and your customer service representative Aubrey!!
