I have so many pieces from Nuuds and love them all! In my most recent order there was one piece that had a manufacturing defect, however, within minutes of reaching out to customer service there was a replacement being shipped. Camille was amazing!

Overall, my order shipped within hours of reaching out, so ultimately I’m content… but I had a very odd experience.
Nuuds usually ships quickly, and I pay for early access. I put in my order within minutes of early access opening (I’m talking timestamp of 3 minutes after the hour). And my order hadn’t shipped 5 business days later. I inquired and was met with a rather condescending “waiting us hard!” And I found this response really uncomfortable and awkward when I was politely expressing curiosity since the company usually shoots the orders out the door so fast. Also, I’m an adult, thanks, I know waiting is hard.
Within hours of my inquiry, 90% of my items were shipped, which like I said, is great. However, I find it really weird that one item didn’t ship and there was zero honesty or follow up about why? I presume my whole order was paused to wait for that item, but also why was the item unavailable if I literally was one of the first orders in?
I would have appreciated the customer service rep saying something like “oh we made a mistake and accidentally sold out of that item before getting to your order” or “we didn’t get our shipment in!” Some more transparency would be nice to know I’m not talking to a bot. Really makes me want to cut my membership because… what is even the point of early access if I get shoved to the back of the list anyways?? Anywho, thanks for coming to my TED talk.

The response timing, friendliness, and eagerness to assist was unmatched. However, the help fell flat in the follow through. I was asking about when my order would ship as it has been 6 days since placing the order and I still do not have tracking or a delivery date. The representative assured me that they were checking with the team but no follow up to that ever came through. Pearl was absolutely fantastic to chat with and I felt as if she truly cared. I was just hoping for more follow though on the response.

I recently purchased a matching set from Nuuds, and I was so excited when it arrived. The design was absolutely adorable, and the quality was impressive—soft, stylish, and exactly what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, the fit just didn’t work for me. The pants were too long, and the top was too tight, which was such a disappointment because the set was truly so cute.
That said, the customer service was absolutely fabulous. Pearl was the best! She was responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the process, making the experience a positive one despite the sizing issues.
I was genuinely sad it didn’t fit, but I would still recommend Nuuds for their beautiful pieces and outstanding customer care. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again!

Aubrey was so kind and understand when I had troubles with my post office not scanning a package I was returning. I wasn’t expecting to receive an email back quickly but I emailed in the evening and heard back the next morning. Each time responses were quick, understanding and genuine.

Unfortunately, Nuuds was unable to resolve my issue. I needed to update my shipping address and notified them more than a week before the package shipped out. They communicated they were unable to update the address and try to get the shipper to reroute package. The shipping company didn’t reroute as expected now I am left trying to figure out how to get the package when I lived out of state. I really love Nuuds but this shipping situation has left an icky feeling when it was in their facility and nuuds team could have helped resolve the issue. Everyone was nice but I feel there was more that could have been done on their end.

These shirts are amazing! Heavy cotton, extremely durable and true to size. I ordered two cropped t shirts and I love them. PS Customer service is top notch in responding to any issues (change of shipping address). I’d highly recommend this brand.

I had a bit of a frustrating situation with my order that couldn’t really be changed, but I still wanted to leave a review because the customer service really stood out.
Hannah initially reached out to let me know part of my order would be delayed and gave me the option to decide how I wanted everything shipped, which I really appreciated.
Then Camille stepped in and was so kind, patient, and understanding the whole time — even while I was definitely a little annoyed (okay… maybe more than a little 😅). She never made me feel brushed off or like I was being difficult, and she handled everything with a lot of care and understanding, which honestly made a big difference.
Even though the outcome wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for, the way I was treated really mattered. That alone is why I’m happy to leave a 5-star review.
Thank you for being so kind and helpful — it didn’t go unnoticed!

Honestly, this is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had shopping with a clothing company ever. Everywhere was advertised that if you spent $200 or more that you would get a tote bag while supplies lasted. Well, knowing that I had to be one of the first people to buy clothes from this drop. I purchased the $15 membership just to shop early just to be able to get the free tote bag because I knew it would sell out. Well, I was one of the first people to purchase anything and I checked out within three minutes of the early drop time so I know that there was so many totes left after I spent $400 I went back to review my order and the tote was not included. I messaged this company so many different times during that initial hour of of the member exclusive early access to tell them that the tote was not added while the totes were still available and I could not get a hold of anybody. This was a system error on their end as to why the tote was not automatically added to my order after I spent $400 and all they could say was sorry the tote is sold out that’s it. I went to such great length to shop this sale to spend $400 to get the tote to buy the membership all for nothing. This will be my last time shopping at nudes horrible customer service.
