Nuuds customer service is top tier
Nuuds customer service is top tier! I shopped the Archive sale and when I received my order I was missing a pair of biker shorts but had an extra item (sweatshirt) in my order. I reached out and received a response with an hour! The refunded my biker shorts that were missing, gave me a $10 gift card for the issue AND let me keep the extra sweatshirt that wasn’t originally in my order!

I can not absolutely can not express how amazing they are
I can not absolutely can not express how amazing the nuuds team has been! Especially Aubrey, she was amazing when I received my 1st order and the leggings had a tiny hole. They did not hesitate to make it right. Also I’m very particular with my bras and the way they fit after kids and nursing. The racer back even WITH pads was soo comfortable and didn’t look weird at all! The flare legging were absolutely amazing, talk about BUTTERY soft!!!

I love nuuds so much! I have bought tons of clothes from here in the past and never had any issues. One of my pants that arrived had a hole in it. Customer service was amazing and immediately sent me a replacement. This is one of my favorite brands and they truly value their customers!

Exceptional customer service!
I had a major issue with my order when I received it in the mail this week. I emailed their help team and was assisted by Aubrey. She helped me resolve my issue in no time at all! Nuuds customer service is next level the best! I pretty much love everything that I have ordered from Nuuds and the few things that I haven't, I was able to return them quick and easy.
