I’ve been purchasing Nuuds ever since they opened. I follow Daryl Ann on Instagram and keep up with all the new drops she models. I think i have something from almost every collection! So basically, all i wear is Nuuds! The customer service is top notch. They are the absolute best and make sure you are taken care of from beginning to end. I will forever be purchasing Nuuds! P. S. I am 66 years old so these clothes are for everyone!!!

Nuuds has been my go to brand for over 3 years. I love the quality of the merchandise. Anytime I have had questions or concerns the team is always able to get answers and help me.

I was sent only one item but had ordered 2. Pearl was a great help, and the 2nd item was sent iut immediately.

Aubrey was attentive, and prompt in her responses to help when I received an order that was fulfilled incorrectly. She was professional and kind.

Customer service has been great. I had to reach out about an order I made during the archive sale that it had been a few weeks and I still haven’t received my package. Aubrey has been great about communicating and following up with any updates. Unfortunately my package has went MIA but Nuuds did provide me a refund because none of the items I ordered were available to try to resend.

I am an Insider Member, when I placed my order for the camo pj I was charged for shipping. I emailed customer service and about this. Within a few minutes Pearl emailed me back and she refunded my account back. It is employees like Pear is one reason I shop with Nuuds. They have the best and friendly employees. They also have in my opinion the best quality and prices in the clothing market. Iam almost 70 and Nuuds makes me feel in style but most importantly I feel so comfortable. Their line is for any age. Who else does that? I love my NUUDS.

I had a question regarding my most recent order and Pearl responded so promptly and politely. And on a weekend, nonetheless! It’s great being able to support a company that cares about their customers.

Nuuds has very kind, responsive customer service. Aubrey was very sweet in her response. Here’s where I’d do things differently. Nuuds is completely out of my budget. I am a teacher and as much as I love it, the only time it is affordable is during the sales, and that is when I try to get the pieces I love. I’m recently postpartum and gained over 80 pounds with my son. To say I do not know who I am anymore is an understatement. I read so many reviews about Nuuds denim, end during their archive sale, I went for it. I know that it was final sale, but I also know the power of a company like Nuuds. I wanted to exchange the pair of jeans I got for a bigger one, which was already an embarrassing ask. They’re so close to looking good, and I’m so close to finally feeling good in them, that I figured I could just exchange them for the right size. Because they were final sale, I was not able to. I dedicate my life to teaching people to do good, and to go the extra mile, even when you don’t have to. It could have been such a small thing for such a big company, and such a huge thing for this momma trying to learn her new normal. I’m disappointed. I still love Nuuds and the whole family, and have been following along since 2019, but I’m disappointed.

Nuuds is an amazing company! They listen to feedback, care about their customers and create quality products. Their products are stylish, comfy and quality. Especially the pjs!!!

Aubrey made my experience so good! She got back to me really quick and answered all of my concerns! The customer service with nuuds is truly the best, and caring!

Customer service responded quickly and admitted they did poorly with communicating about my missing item. They gave me a full refund and an additional code for next time. Just wish they would’ve reached out before I did.
