Camille is so kind and not only did she get back to me SO fast, but she went above and beyond for me! Always thankful for how quickly Nuuds responds.

I always have a good experience with nuuds. I have an extensive order history because I find the items so high quality and keep buying more. On a recent order, I received an incorrect item. I reached out to customer service and was helped by Pearl. Through no fault of her own, Pearl wasn’t able to send me the correct item - it was out of stock (things to quickly when they’re this good!), but rectified the situation in another way, was courteous and communicative. I felt more than satisfied in the customer service I received.

Camille in customer service was AMAZING! I had a question about my order and she was responded to my email within minutes and helped me out instantly. Then followed up to make sure I was satisfied. What?!!! Who does that these days? Camille….that’s who! The BEST! Nuuds goes above and beyond.

I had a return I wanted to make outside of the 14 day return window and Aubrey responded promptly and kindly. She was able to get me set up with a new return label with no questions asked. Great customer service.

A discount code I had wasn’t working and i emailed for help. I was truly impressed with recieving such a quick and warm reply from Aubrey.. i made a mental note that it’s SO refreshing to not get an AI answer in the email!! After several attempts the code worked. But I got another email checking in to make sure that my issue was resolved. Truly over the top REAL PEOPLE - customer service!!

So this was my very 1st NUUDS purchase, my top was defective. Which I was super upset about since this top was stalking me on social media to be bought! I reached out via email and bam!!! I'm hear to say that this company has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Aubrey you are a BLESSING to this company! I had a question about the best size for their new pull-on jeans after ordering. Their response was lengthy, custom and super insightful based off how the current items I have fit me in my post-partum body. The customer service knows their products so well and takes time To customize their response to truly assist the customer. I am So grateful of this company and the employees attention to detail and respect of their products.

I have ordered multiple items from Nuuds and have always been pleased, even when it doesn’t work our for me. They are so great with returns and exchanges! Aubrey was amazing! I messed up my order and needed a quick response so I could get an item from the new drop. She was quick to respond and helped me the best way she could and now I have a new striped slinky rib heading my way!

I had an issue with an order and customer service managed/handled it well. It was a seemless process form start to finish. Ive been purchasing nuuds since its frist drop and this is the first time i had an issue. That speaks volumes!

I love the look and fit of these jeans. I actually bought them a size too big to achieve a loose, relaxed fit, and they looked amazing.

Unfortunately, after only a few wears, and before even washing them, the distressed denim on the upper right leg tore. Within weeks, the jeans had developed an unsightly, gaping hole.

I’ve now had two pairs, and both have failed. The original pair also developed holes along the inseams within a matter of months. The replacement pair experienced the same kind of deterioration, and despite contacting NUUDS about it, the company has never responded.

At this price point, I am really disappointed. These are honestly the worst pair of jeans I’ve ever owned in terms of durability.

The frustrating part is that I genuinely love them. Sometimes, if I have a shirt long enough to cover the holes, I’ll still wear them, and people ask me all the time where they’re from. I always tell them, but I’m also honest about how poorly they’ve held up.

Beautiful jeans, lovely fit, but unfortunately not a quality or durable product in my experience.
