Love this company! Quality is fantasy and customer service is AMAZING! Camille was so sweet and super helpful assisting me an issue that she was able to resolve. Highly recommend buying from this company!!

The customer service at Nuuds is unmatched! They were responsive and resolved my issue within a couple emails. They also shipped me my correct order and told me to gift the pair I received to someone!! That is so kind and just shows that they care about their customers. They don’t want to have to inconvenience their customers when they make an error. They correct the error in a quick and thoughtful way! Love this brand!!

I was missing a top from a set I ordered, so I emailed Nuuds and was amazed by how quickly I got a response. Within minutes, Pearl had responded and immediately issued a refund for the top. I will definitely be a returning customer! Thanks for a great customer service experience!

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but unfortunately I had a very frustrating experience. I had a logistics issue where the carrier damaged my package so couldn’t deliver it and as the buyer, I was the one who had to contact the carrier multiple times and essentially fight to get the documentation needed to receive a replacement.

Pearl was responsive and quick to reply, but I was repeatedly told that I needed to provide proof from the carrier and that she couldn’t reach out. The carrier told me they had already reached out to Pearl directly and could only provide the specific information I was requesting to them. This left me feeling like I was stuck in the middle trying to resolve an issue that ultimately wasn’t my responsibility to handle.

After a lot of back-and-forth and frustration, I eventually had to be very persistent to get a new order processed. I appreciate that Pearl ultimately resolved the issue, but the overall experience was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating as a customer.

The quality is amazing as is the customer service! I had questions about sizing and emailed! They responded within an hour and were so helpful! The pieces I’ve gotten have also been exactly as pictured and fit as described on the size chart! Not necessarily within every person’s budget, but with their amazing sales, there’s a time and pieces for everyone and every budget!!

The clothes are always high quality and their customer service is stellar! They respond incredibly quick and genuinely want the customer to feel happy with their purchase. Aubrey is very quick to respond and was more than helpful when I reached out for assistance. It’s funny because it almost feels like I have known her in real life, that’s how sweet and kind she was!

I've ordered multiple times and although I have had to return a few times (items don't always suit me) the customer service team is always friendly and helpful and responds in a timely manner. Most recently, Camille helped me with a return and I'm happy to say, I've never had a bad experiences with any of the team.

I joined the Nuuds affiliate program on May 18. At the time I joined, the program did not clearly state that paid advertising or Google Ads traffic was prohibited. Based on the terms and information available to me at that time, I launched advertising campaigns that generated sales and revenue for Nuuds.

Later, I received an email from Nuuds informing me that they no longer wanted additional traffic from Google. I immediately stopped my campaigns after receiving their notice. In that email, they also stated that eligible orders generated before the change would still be paid.

However, about two months later, after my commissions had become eligible for payment, Nuuds suddenly refused to pay me. They claimed that I had violated their policy, even though I had already stopped my campaigns when they informed me about the change.

More importantly, I only received the notification about their advertising policy on May 26, while the orders I had generated before that date had already become eligible for payment. This directly contradicts their previous statement that eligible commissions would still be paid.

I have contacted Nuuds many times and tried to resolve this matter professionally, but they have repeatedly avoided the issue and refused to pay the commissions that I believe I legitimately earned.

I am writing this review to warn other affiliates and potential customers. Please carefully consider Nuuds before working with or supporting this brand.

An affiliate should not be encouraged to generate sales, then have their commissions withheld after the sales become eligible for payment because of a policy that was communicated later. If a company changes its advertising policy, it should apply that change transparently and prospectively, not retroactively.

I hope the affiliate community will pay attention to this situation and help me seek a fair resolution. I am simply asking Nuuds to honor the commissions they previously confirmed would be paid.

Affiliates deserve transparency, consistency, and fair treatment.

I received my first order from nuuds, the product had a defect and was quickly and kindly replaced upon reaching out to customer service. This is my first time ordering from this company and the customer service experience certainly entices me to continue being a customer! (Also because I just had a baby and the product seem very new mom friendly!)

I had a defective item and they did the most to make up for it, quick and easy!

I absolutely love Nuuds! I have been following the Denner/Fletcher family for years and purchased from the first Nuuds drop. I now own 50+ Nuuds items and usually find something in every drop! Any time I’ve needed customer service, I usually receive a quick reply and a solution to whatever I am needing. There are some pieces of my Nuuds that I reach for more than others, but after all of these years my Nuuds pajamas are the only thing I sleep in and my workout outfits revolve around my Nuuds. Im excited to get my most recent order on Thursday and can’t wait to see what comes out next!

Every experience I have had with Nuuds has been favorable. Just when you think the product can’t improve, it does. New colors/combinations/textures, yet always finding a way to make it all work together. I look forward to every single new drop! And if you have an issue or question, the customer service is top notch! Pearl is the absolute QUEEN of customer service!
