Amazing customer service!! During the sale back in June I purchased jeans that I had only worn a few times. They ripped down the middle of the thigh from where the distressed part was. I emailed them asking if I could get store credit. Aubrey was quick to respond and super helpful. She offered to send me a one time replacement pair to make it right! Thanks nuuds, I highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience with Nuuds! I ordered a swimsuit on final sale and absolutely loved it, but realized I needed a different size. I reached out to customer service knowing it was technically final sale, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating and allowed me to exchange it for the right size.
I’m so grateful for the flexibility and genuinely thoughtful customer service. It’s such a good feeling to shop from a company that treats its customers like actual people. The swimsuit itself is beautiful, and now I’ll actually have it in the perfect fit! Such a positive experience from start to finish. Thank you, Nuuds! 🤎

Love the quality of the clothing
Love the quality of the clothing. I do wish they’d begin selling petite lengths, however. I’m 5ft and all the pants are way too long. Comfy, but as a teacher, I can not wear my pants dragging on the ground. Most pants are versatile and can be dressed up a bit, so please make short lengths for us shorties.

Exceptional customer service
I had not received my refund from a recent Nuuds return, so I sent them an email. Exceptional customer service! Within minutes I not only received my refund, but a follow up email from Pearl, checking in with me. This does not happen with other retailers!

I love nuuds all around
I love nuuds all around. Love the founders of the company and what they represent, love their customer service, and definitely love their products. I had an issue recently with a swim set I bought and the customer service team handled it super fast and made sure I was happy, I will continue to purchase from nuuds forever!!
