My email was responded to by Aubrey, the fastest ever by a company. The issue was resolved in the first response back as well. I already loved the clothes but now I love the customer service too!

Wrong size
Reached out to Nuuds team regarding an order I placed online. Quickly realized I ordered the wrong size. Alerted the Nuuds team and requested sizing be changed. Got a super quick response and an easy fix to my problem. Nuuds team is always super friendly, resourceful and fast. Feels like Im talking to my besties.

The experience and customer service…
The experience and customer service response was great. I love the clothes, I always order more than I need. I was slightly disappointed in this last order, there was a free gift with purchase. It showed up on my order confirmation but didn’t make it into the bag. But otherwise the swimsuit I bought is great.

My order was lost in transit, Aubrey quickly helped me by looking into the shipping issue and confirmed that it was indeed lost in transit. She quickly put in a replacement order! I have really loved the Nuuds brand…
I have really loved the Nuuds brand from day one, being a fan of Daryl-Ann. After ordering the clothes postpartum, I loved them so much I wanted more. When one of my items wasn’t to the quality I know the brand to be, I reached out to customer service and they were so fast and eager to help. I was offered a replacement or full store credit. I am now an even bigger fan of the brand because of the excellent customer service I received.

Well I totally screwed up my order and NUUDS helped me out with a discount on shipping. So thoughtful.
First order for myself can’t wait. Have ordered for the daughter in laws but not me. I’m excited to wear my new outfit. Purple my fav color. Brightens this chemo dealing mom right now Cancer sucks. The nuuds customer service team is helpful, but returns/refunds need improvement.
The nuuds customer service team is quick to respond and resolve my issues. However, I had two different returns where it has taken several weeks to receive my refund. And I asked for store credit too! It should not take that long to get my money back and I shouldn’t have to email to ask to get my refund back. They need to work on the return/refund process!

Aubrey was great to deal with at nuuds! She checked in multiple times as I was having issues with receiving my tracking number with UPS. She was very quick to respond to my emails. It was so nice knowing that someone was trying to help me and that I was talking to the same person each time. Very good customer service!

Nuuds did it again!
I recently ordered the sporty Rib tank & the motion skirt & I have to say Nuuds did a great job on these items. I am not one to order a "tennis" skirt & what I consider a tighter fitting tank top. I feel extremely comfortable & confident when wearing these items!! Nuuds did it again !!
