1-Wow! I amazed and the quick response I received from an Email I sent over the weekend. before 10am Monday morning there was a response in my Inbox.
2-Camille assisted me in exchanging an item from the June sale. the package stated correct size but the item was actually a different size. This item was a birthday gift for my daughter.
3- Not only did Camille fast track the exchange, but she followed up with an additional Email to check on things.
4- Outstanding customer service!!!

Noticed my refunds hadn’t gone through. I sent an email and I kid you not within a minute I had a response and all my returns and refunds came through. There must’ve been some sort of problem or delay but Camille was so helpful and I was shocked at how quickly they resolved it.

I recently reached out about an exchange for several men’s shirts that were purchased during a final sale. I knew the policy stated that final sale items couldn’t be returned or exchanged, but I decided to ask anyway, hoping for a little grace after ordering the wrong size for my husband following his incredible 100+ pound weight loss.

Amazing service!
Ordered some thing to the wrong address and instantly reached out in hopes of getting it changed. Unable to do so due to package already shipping out but they were extremely attentive with staying in touch and letting me know that I could reach out to FedEx to potentially change that address with them. They continuously checked in and went along with the process with me. Ultimately my package was lost in Transit and before I even realized it they had emailed me offering to ship out a new item. It’s truly the easiest transaction and customer service experience I have ever received. They went above and beyond and I’m truly thankful and can’t wait to receive my item

My original order got lost in transit which I was super bummed about. I had the pleasure of Aubrey helping me out with my order and options to replace it. Unfortunately what I originally ordered was no longer available so I had to choose something else. With Aubrey’s help I chose another set and it was shipped to me immediately with no issues. Aubrey was really helpful and I was very happy with my experience with the outcome.

I had a return that I sent back via the process Nuuds requested. They make it easy. I usually get a response on the return and a refund pretty quick. This time I did not- so I reached out to their customer service. Pearl in Customer service responded very fast, they acknowledged my return and promptly had my refund processed. I love buying Nuuds when I can.

Nuuds has excellent customer service. Fast response and no back and forth proving you’re right, they believe their customers. I had a return that tracking never showed, reached out for refund or tracking info and had refund minutes later! Not everything has been a perfect fit but what does fit I LOVE. I swear by the pocket leggings. Hold up great and worth every penny.
