Delivery etc was great but I’m not keen on the product. Once the scent wears off I smelt like beef dripping. Not pleasant at all. It sits on top of the skin rather than being absorbed and just made me feel greasy and shiny. Unfortunately, it’s not for me.

I purchased a mix of 5 face and body balms, including the scent free version for my grandsons severe eczema. He uses the usual hospital medications, but we wanted to try the NX1 tallow balm as an additional treatment (when a baby suffers, you’ll try everything!!). The mix of almond oil for hydration, raw honey as an antiseptic, and the tallow for moisture barrier sounded promising. We have to say the results have been really positive- his face is less red and itchy and so much calmer than before. As a result, I’ve just placed a second order. We know it won’t rid him of eczema, but if it helps as part of our arsenal, then we’ll keep using this. I am also using some of the lavender balm for my face at night and mandarin balm during the day. It smells lovely and helps keep my skin hydrated, without feeling or looking too greasy. Highly recommend, tho I wish we could buy larger pots at the rate we use it on my grandson’s eczema!

Sadly the product smells awful. Despite being ‘orange scented’ it smells like dripping. My husband thought I had stopped at the pub to get a roast on the way home from work 🤣. Fortunately I only ordered the one pot so will be asking for a refund but honestly it smells like school canteen dinners. Such a shame

I loved the smell on opening the jar but now my skin has warmed it up the lovely smell has gone and it smells like beef dipping. I didn’t expect this and now feel I’ve made an expensive mistake. Who wants to smell like that? The product does feel nice but I can’t get past the smell. Seriously wish I hadn’t bought a bundle and trialled it first.

I usually get some kind of spots with other moisturisers. I don't get them with Nx1. I love the fact that its all natural and keeps my skin moisturised through the day to stay supple and soft.

It’s helped calm down my psoriasis,

No good at all for me. My face is so blotchy off it and a patch of dry skin that I've had on my nose has gone so much worse. I think I'm allergic to it. Absolutely gutted as I was so looking forward to a change in my skin.

easy to.order. quick delivery. simple packaging. backstory makes it feel personsal. product nice to apply. Improvement to skin on hands ... not so sure about face ... yet! unsure whether or not to use serums first.

I am so pleased with my purchase and have waited a month to share my thoughts on this product.
In my early 60s I have started to develop the ‘turkey neck’, ‘crepey arms’ and just generally looking dull.

I’m ordering a shed load more because this stuff works and I’m thrilled to bits with it! My neck looks so much better as do my arms! So thank you for creating this pot of magic ! 🤗🌻

Absolutely amazing product works fantastically well and last for ages due to the small amount required.
Only slight negative is the smell but once on and soaked into skin that disappears so don’t be put of by that.

Only product that soothes my face and leaves it nice and calm!! Highly recommend.

A fantastic product that has helped improve my skin to the point where I am no longer using several other products. I have replaced them all with just the NX1 face balm. I will definitely be buying this product again.

A great little British company have come up trumps with their amazing tallow and honey balms. The scents of mandarin and lavender are absolutely spot on. The balm is absorbed straight away and have left my skin super soft and not oily. I highly recommend both the product and the company who organised prompt delivery. The only negative thing is I wish they used eco packaging. If it is then I’m sorry, I missed that.

I started using these balms after a very hot holiday in Turkey . When we came home my skin was sore and very dry, within a week my skin felt so much better have continued to use them and I’m very happy. Will definitely be ordering more , the bundles are such good value too.

Been using this for a few weeks and the difference is very noticeable on my face neck and very dry hands. I have also noticed that I don't bruise so much on the back of my hands since applying your balm. Keep up the good work.
