I wish I'd read the reviews 1st. I've just received my shoes and I'm very disappointed in them I've already emailed the company as i'am sure they were advertised as Clarks. These shoes feel cheap, I wouldn't care but I've ordered a pair of Mens trainers as well. Just wasted more money.

Ordered sandals when arrived cheap and nasty, not leather as advertised.
Waste of money, do not buy from them.

They use evri as there courier and there courier left my parcel on my doorstep instead of putting in storage shed and shoes went missing.
I complained to them and Klarna and because they got a tracking saying delivered even thou I proved they were left unsafe they are still insisting I pay for something I never received an absolute joke of a company do not buy from these

Ordered the sandals.. not what advertised very cheap feel and misleading and totally the wrong colour I ordered!!

Absolutely terrible service.
Tried to return the parcel and order the bigger size, but the seller is not bothered providing the return label what is against their return policy and consumer rights.
I have been told I can send the product back to China at my own expenses. Absolutely great. I have been jusested to give the product to someone else or sell on a second hand market. Amazing service 😀

I ordered a pair of slip ons in stitched leather what arrived a month later was nothing like the picture and too small. No stitching just glued together and thin leather/plastic. Too expensive to return been offered 10% then 25% then 35% refund. I wish I had read trust pilots reviews first before ordering from China. Never trust another Chinese company except Temu.

000 STAR Like some of other customer reviews received the product (shoes) and sizing completely incorrect when comparing to a supposedly same size shoe. Asked for refund and was offered 10%, then 20% and 30%. Am fighting for a returns label, a refund in FULL but keep receiving emails where they apologise about their RUDE and poor customer service. I will keep chasing & demanding the refund but doubt theyll honour their refund and return policy!! DO NOT USE!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!

I wouldn't give a 1 star if I could.
I ordered my purchase 9th March arrived 26th March.
I ordered a UK 9 and was sent a 42 which is a UK size 8.
They sent the wrong size.
No apology for sending the wrong item.
Offered 15% off then 20% off and now have said 30% which apparently is the maximum.
Or I have to pay to return, which is more than the item.
Still waiting for refund 16th April.

After ordering, I read a heap of bad reviews from people complaining about items not turning up. I emailed the company and within 24 hours had a real person advising me the items were in a queue and were sorted in order. 3 weeks later my new work boots have arrived here in England. I am very happy with this company. People need to understand that the waiting is due to airmail NOT because the company is fake or scammers.

Cheap, poorly made shoes, not worth a quarter of the money paid. Will do more research online before buying anything on the internet again. One star is generous.

Since ordering shoes from this company and paying by Paypal, apart from a receipt from Paypal I have received nothing from Oaimuhz, no receipt, tracking info or shoes. Tried emailing them via email address on Paypal site.. Email domain not found. Contacted Paypal with dispute and was immediatly refunded in full :)

Only thing that can be said about this company is "Where are your masks because you are down right robbers". Over a month waiting for a pair of boots to be delivered and not so much as an email saying they have been dispatched. When I contacted them to see what was going on they said that my items haven't been dispatched yet as they are very busy and they are waiting in a queue. When I demanded a refund then said that a shipping label had now been prepared and to cancel I would only get 75% of my money back as there was now a handling fee, even though none of this was mentioned in their T&C's or their refund policy. When I asked to see a copy of the now printed out shipping label, so I could see the date on it, I got no reply. So no refund and no item sent. The definition of that, in any country is theft.

I ordered a large-size T-shirt which, on arrival, was so tight on as to be useless. I immediately informed them ot this and asked for a refund. They asked me to check the size, which fully conformed to their own guidance.
They tnen asked if I could give the T-shirt away to someone and they would give e a 10% refund. I said I could not and reminded them of their advert to give full refunds "no questions asked" for goods complained about promptly.

They then said they would "fight"(!!!) to try and obtain a 20% refund and that this what they are sticking to, even though I am totally without fault.

Message---do not expect a refund for any faulty goods.

I ordered supposedly leather shoes they finally arrived in a cheap plastic bag the shoes are awful bad material no support in them material is paper thin their guarantee is 30 days return no hassle I’ve asked 4 times for refund they offered 15% then 25% now 35% they refuse to give a full refund address on package is a uk return one but she said I had to post to china knowing full well the postage is extortionate to china,this is to put customers off returning items for obvious reasons they don’t offer a returns label it cost more than the shoes to post to china definitely their advert is dishonest and they don’t honour the 30 day return for full refund

I purchased 2gents jumpers on 1st December 2023. The order was wrong and items miss sized. I returned the back the same day for a refund. After 15 emails to them I still don’t have my refund, they tell every excuse why I still don’t have it. They are the worst company ever by not abiding to the rules of selling online. Wouldn’t touch this company with barge poll

Having purchased mens shoes which came in tissue paper no box, but unfortunately they did not fit my husband,I asked to return the shoes they offered 10% discount which is appalling considering that they DONT FIT,I replied that this was unsatisfactory since then no reply what a surprise.Rubbish Company avoid at all cost RIPOFF COMPANY

ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the 7th of January 2024.
received confirmation of order the same day ,since then nothing ? sent numerous e/mails . last one 16th Jan only to be told not yet been sent.
have opened a case with pay pal.
don't think i will get the shoes but will get my money back that's for certain.

I ordered a long-length cardigan with fine horizontal stripes in "mohair". The garment that arrived wasn't like the photo, as it was knitted in rather ugly broad stripes and was acrylic, not mohair. It was not as presented in their advert. I wrote explaining why I wanted, and was entitled to, a refund and free returns label. I was fobbed of with a 10% refund if I kept the garment. Over a few weeks of bartering ping pong, this was raised to 30% off. They ignored that this was a breach of UK trading laws. They said that the only way that I could have a full refund was to send it to an address in China, for which I would have to pay the postage. I am totally disgusted. I opted for the 30% off and I'm still waiting for this after 30 days. Scam!

This company has to be stopped from selling anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I brought a pair of boots and they fell apart as soon as I picked them up. The smell getting them out of the packaging actually gave me a headache it was so strong, absolutely horrendous. I've never smelt nothing like it before. I've lost count the amount of emails to and from and all I get is that you need to pay for the return or if you keep them you can have 15% refund. For me to return these would cost more than the boots. How can we stop this company from trading in the UK?
